Chapter 325 - Unlocking Door To The Treasury! (a) (2/2)

Freya was competent as she had successfully obtained all the secrets of the spider queen even though she was just a magic word.

Thus, he wanted to pull Freya out of the high-elf sides and bring her to his side.

She would be an excellent addition to his fight against the invasion of the demonic gods back on Earth.

Although he didn't want to use a honey trap, he didn't mind seducing her if necessary.

”After defeating the spider queen and clearing the misunderstanding that people have about me, I am willing to follow you, my lord, for the rest of my life. I-I want to serve as your knight!” She speechlessly added forever at the end of her sentence.

Elliot nearly thought that she was going to propose to him.

Thankfully, she didn't.

Otherwise, he would have no choice but to break her heart and mend it afterward.

They chatted while taking one step after another, and with each, they stepped towards the inner parts of the seventh area. There wasn't any monster here either. Best yet, this place was free of traps. And so, they didn't encounter any danger.

After walking for some minutes, they came across a door. Freya tried to push it open, but for some reason, it didn't even budge. Her eyes widened, and a worried expression appeared on her gorgeous face.

”How about you tell me what is wrong, and we can come up with a solution together?”

”This is the entrance to the demonic crystal storage. Usually, my handprint would be enough to open it, but today, that is not the case. Either someone had detected our intrusion and my identity and changed the password, or the spider queen had put a lockdown in place, making it impossible for anyone except her and her king and four generals to access the storage rooms scattered all across the unholy necropolis.” Freya explained.

Elliot scrutinized the ten feet tall door in front of him.

He found out many things about it.

The first he found out was that the material the spider queen used to make this door was so sturdy that neither she nor he could break them without exhausting themselves.

There was no way he could force his way through this door that was 100% immune to attacks made out of energy and 50% immune to physical and supernatural attacks.

The second was that many demonic locks were latching on to it, and unless he unlocked all of them, he wouldn't be able to open the door.

Freya had limited ability and strength, so she didn't know what truly was making it impossible for her to open the door.

Elliot, on the other hand, realized that as long as he unlocked the invisible demonic locks, he would open this door.

What he needed to do to unlock them was also simple.
