Chapter 122: Elliots New flame! Enchanted! (2/2)
”Umm, what's your family name?” Elliot asked right after.
”Love,” said the beauty. ”Though, why do you ask?
”If I meet a magician of your family in there, I will help them out.”
”Pufhaha!” Although she tried to control herself from laughing after hearing his words, she failed to do so. It was too funny for her to hear a magical realm magician say such words as the member of her family that has gone inside the barrier to explore the settlement were all the best magicians in the channel opening stage.
”Did I say something funny?” Elliot felt a bit taken aback by her sweet laughter as they were too sudden, and he wondered if there's something wrong with what he said.
”Ah, no.” She hurriedly said and didn't tell him anything more than that as she was worried about hurting his confidence and pride. ”If you feel offended, I'm sorry.”
”No way.” Elliot said, words that can make the hearts of women melt and flutter coming out of his mouth as easily as drinking water, ”Instead, I'm happy that I could make you smile.”
”Well then, goodbye.”
Florence once again turned around to leave, but she had only taken a few steps when Elliot said something to her.
”Do you know who that old hag was?” The way he was right now, he couldn't let anyone who offended him live a peaceful life. He didn't give a damn about the strength of the old hag, or the people backing her if there are any as a matter of fact. He straight out wanted to show her hell.
”Oh, that old hag name is Margerie Symeon. She is a lord of magic infamous for preying on pretty boys like you and sucking the life out of them. But she is too powerful and also backed by the association, so her crimes go unjudged. You better keep an eye out for her.” Lady Florence warned him with a severe look on her face as she knew that he was the type the old hag likes the most.
”Thanks for telling me her name,” Elliot said respectfully.
Something in her mind clicked, and her eyebrows raised as she said, ”Don't tell me you want to take your revenge on her.”
”I'm not strong enough to do that,” Elliot said, laughing dryly.
”Ah, that's right.” Florence thought that she is too stupid to think of that. After all, the boy before her was too weak to stand a chance to kill the old hag, who was a lord of magic.
