Chapter 107: End of Cliche! (1/2)

His voice was like thunder, rumbling in everyone's ears, and shaking their eardrums, while his words were not only as fast as lightning but equally powerful, striking their heads and infusing with their minds. The pressure acting on Elliot's body also mysteriously disappeared.

His words stomped on the pride of the magic grandmaster and the losers, making them feel as if a poisonous bee has stung them.

”Pufahahahaha!”

The crowd started laughing while pointing fingers at the magic grandmaster and the relatives that were going after Elliot and started making fun of them, adding salt to their fresh wounds, and stomping on their pride even further. They felt so angered and annoyed that some almost puked out a mouthful of blood.

The Magic Grandmaster lady stood up in anger, looked at the red-haired man who taunted her and many others for Elliot's sake.

You--”

”Hmph!”

Holly Lewis raised her voice even further to lash out at the red-haired man who dared to make fun of her. However, before she could even say more than a word or move her body, he coldly snorted. His snort was too powerful. It was just too powerful. It was so powerful. Oh, it was too powerful.

Jokes aside, it was powerful, and it damaged her internally. It's because he had infused a large amount of energy with his cold snort, a magic technique that only those above the magic Grandmaster can perform. The moment his cold snort reached her ears, she felt a mysterious force stomping on her energy channels. Immediately, she puked out three mouthfuls of blood.

The rest of them saw that and felt scared out of their wits.

A single snort could damage a magic grandmaster so badly?

Holy shit!

That must mean this red-haired person is at least a lord of magic!

They didn't want to offend him and incur his wrath as he could crush them to death with merely his fart, so they magically closed shut their mouths.

”The next time you raise your voice, you'll lose your head.” The red-haired man said to Holly Lewis, who the onlookers and Elliot spotted spewing out one more mouthful of blood.

Holly glared at him in anger.

The red-haired man raised his hand, ready to end her life.

”Now, now, dear friend. Please calm down your anger. Our instructor is a bit ignorant, so please forgive her.” The headmaster said with a sorry look on his face.

”Only this one time.” The red-haired man lowered his hand, placing it on the armrest.

The headmaster motioned Holly to go away, and she stood up with a sad look on her face and walked up.

”So I had evaded the cliches thanks to the members of the magician community. Thank god!” Elliot thought. Now, he didn't need to kill one person after another to take a breather.

Suddenly, three voices rang out from below the arena.
