Su Qingrong stuck out her tongue guiltily, but no matter what, she was unwilling to admit it. ”Of course I'm afraid that I don't have any sincerity, so how could I not be willing to give up on this cake? If Brother Wind likes it, don't mention a piece of cake, even if I gave you two pieces, I would immediately offer them to you with both hands! ”

She turned her head, as Tang Banyan had instructed her to do. Tang Banyan was standing under a street lamp to her right, one hand in her pants pocket, the other holding her cell phone. He was smiling at her.

An orange-yellow light from the street lamp shone down from above his head, enveloping his entire body in a halo of light. This caused the normally cold and aloof Tang Bainian to suddenly soften.

When he saw that Nikki was looking over at him, he hung up and put his phone into his pocket. Then he walked over to the stunned Nikki with a big smile on his face.

”Wind...” Brother Feng, why are you here? ”Aren't you...”

”Not what? Not gone? ”

Nikki nodded dumbly.

As he looked at Nikki's dazed expression, Tang Banyeng pointed to a spot not far away, ”Come, I'll send you back!”

”No, there's no need. The apartment is just a few streets away. I'll just walk back!”

Tang Bainfeng didn't care about her refusal. He bent down and took the cake box from her hands, and walked towards the car first. After a few steps, he saw that she didn't follow him, so he turned back to look at her.
