15 CHAPTER 15: RIVALRY??? (1/2)

Two weeks, then another 6 weeks, overall it has been two months and no progress locating her. He can't even date Analyze other than being her companion for now. Today he was trying to look for a person he would interview regarding the school foundation and to do a report.

”How hard could it be to look for a person to talk too?” Akira muttered to himself until he found Carl.

”Hey, Carl right? I've heard you could help me.” Akira asked.

”Did Ana told you about me?” He asked back.

”She just suggested you, knowing you are a senior and one of the school 'smart guys'. No offense, Analyze thinks that you are knowledgeable.” Akira explained hoping he didn't offended him to leave.

”Whatever, you will find all you want to know in the library, while the rest would be explained when you're in sophomore year. I'm sorry I can't help you these time. I have a lot of things to do.” Carl explained and left.

”What the....?” Akira said to himself while sitting beside Arthur.

”What do you mean?” Arthur ask after hearing him.

”Its just a weird conversation with Carl. I was trying to get an interview with him. He did not even let me ask him the real question.” Akira said getting annoyed.

”So... in short you did not get it done nor got what you need?”

Arthur ask him.

”YES! he just left and told me to look at the library. Really! I should have done that if they didn't specifically told us to interview.” Akira answered trying not to raise his voice.

”Well why don't you try using the internet and look for someone who would be your reference or to verify with.”

Arthur suggested without glancing at Akira.

”I thought of that as my last resort. Thank you anyway. So, can I borrow your laptop then?”

Akira answered and asked.

”Just curious, for someone who is rich, why do you not own one?”

Arthur inquired, curious of the reason.

”I had it before but my uncle took it as a punishment for me for not going to college or uni. I might ask him to buy me one.”

Akira casually replied.

”Now I see why you never called your uncle and just your sister. Here, use it. I'll just look for books in the library that I'll be needing this afternoon.” Arthur said and left.

”Thanks again.” Akira replied and for about 30 minutes he was able to find what he needs and completed his homework. He was now going through some theories he found when a group of ladies approached his table.

”Hi! we were hoping if you could share a space for us?”

one of them asked.

”I'm sorry but________ , its you” Akira stopped after he notice her.

”Yes, its me Clara, sorry for disturbing but can we join your table?”
