This is the Bay in the Kanto area of Japan. It's named after its border with Tokyo. It's a good natural haven. The water in the bay is only 12 meters deep. Because the US troops stationed in Japan are stationed in Yokosuka, the Bay, the harbor is also one of the most prosperous areas in Tokyo.
