Chapter 798 (1/2)

What is clownphobia? Why do people in this city have clownphobia?

In the past, a long time ago, the term has not been equated with that smile. We all know that clowns are funny, mysterious, pranksters and troublemakers.

However, in recent years, more and more people in Gotham have developed clown phobia, and this fear will only go in two directions.

One is to continue to swallow one's anger and do all one can to avoid losing one's life when this dark city is in chaos.

The other is to have the same hallucination as Stockholm syndrome, begin to worship the clown, laugh together, and gradually become him.

The image of the clown appears in the records of various civilizations, from the Chinese dynasty to Rome, from the aboriginal to the upper class. Comedy usually comes from people's greedy desire for food, sex and drinking and their irritability.

Sometimes vulgar things are more funny, and the clown is the person who carries these jokes, and the humor that directly points to human nature always makes people feel a little too naked and full of malice.

He reflects this society in a strange way.

I don't know whether it's Gotham's good luck or bad luck. He seldom makes those low-level jokes. What he likes is a darker way.

Year after year, day after day, the laughter always reverberates in this concrete forest.

He gradually changed the meaning of the word clown in the form of comedy. Now people on the earth will think of clown the first time they mention him.

Comedy is a kind of communication, not deception. Smile can reflect a person's real feelings, rather than a mask in front of emotions, which makes them look pure and evil.

The clown's plays have nothing to do with malicious attacks. He represents love.

When you look at him, you will feel that you are slowly approaching a place full of love and joy, and then you will find that the love is true, not hypocritical.

It's just that this love is so crazy that no one can accept it except Batman.

A qualified actor, to love his audience, he has been trying to make bats laugh, and Batman is always serious.

This will only make the clown more and more crazy.

”Have you ever seen him laugh?” The clown scratched his back with a revolver, gave a comfortable shiver, and with a curious smile on his face, he squatted in front of Barbara and looked into her eyes.

The sky was gradually covered by dark clouds, but his face was still very clear. Barbara looked at him, and though she tried to restrain herself, her eyes still showed fear.

This kind of look will only disappoint the clown. What he wants is never fear. He wants to see others laugh.

He used the barrel to pull the red bomb in front of him, and the ”click” sound of those timers became clearer: ”tell me the answer, and I'll take a bomb for you. In this way, there are only 99 bombs left under your feet, ha ha.”

”No, no, no Barbara shook her head. She tried to kick the bombs with her feet, but only let the red hills wriggle a little.

The clown covered his forehead and sighed at the sky.

”I'm wrong, I forgot you're still gagging your mouth, ha ha ha ha...”

he said, stretching out his hand to pull the dirty cloth from Barbara's mouth and put it into his chest pocket like a handkerchief. Then he opened his eyes and stretched his neck to wait for Barbara's reply.

Barbara gasped. Her moving parts were above her neck and below her ankle. I heard that people in the old West used to tie people up like this and put them on the rails. Steam monsters would cut off their heads clean.

”Of course, he's laughed at us all, but it's not you, the clown, not you!”

The clown looked at the sky and shook his head like a doll shaking his head: ”you don't understand him at all, you don't understand him. You think you can fly around with him, but it's not the case.”

”Pooh!” Barbara spat at him.

But the clown didn't dodge at all. Instead, instead of retreating, he approached Barbara and rubbed his face against her.

”Batman is real, and Bruce Wayne is camouflage. Bruce smiles at you. It's just a fake smile on his mask. It's just the expression Batman thinks that at some time, a fake identity will be performed.”
