Hearing the cries Wu Yanchen looked down and saw that Wu Muqing was awake. He made another shocked face and lightly patted on his back. ”Shh, Shh, Don't cry !! Daddy is here.”

*WAHHHHHHHHH*

”Shhhh !! Shhh !! I'm here with you.”

The reason why Wu Muqing was crying was because when he had slept, he had slept in Xu Zhuya's arms ; his mother's arms. But, when he woke up, he was in his daddy's arms.

He got afraid thinking that his mother is gone just like before and he has to wait for a long time for her to return.

And upon hearing the sentence 'Daddy is here with you', he felt his thinking to be true, so he started crying even loudly.

The ongoers didn't say anything, but, they gave a cold look at Wu Yanchen. Some even despised the sound of the child crying so they kept their fingers inside their ears.

Some thought of him as a bad father while a woman tried to get Wu Yanchen's attention by getting towards the child.

A woman somewhat in her mid-thirties came towards Wu Yanchen and asked him to give her Wu Muqing.

Wu Yanchen handed Wu Muqing to her. Wu Muqing who was a little chubby was slightly heavy.

The woman was just approximately 56 KGs, and a bit lean, so as soon as he handed her Wu Muqing, she was unable to handle him and she started to lose her balance.

Somehow, she steadied herself, but, Wu Muqing fell from her hold.

*THUD*

A loud noise was heard and everyone looked down at the floor.

Wu Muqing had fallen down on the floor. Upon getting hurt, he had started crying even louder.

Wu Yanchen immediately ran over Wu Muqing and hugged him. He looked at him and checked upon his injuries. Taking Wu Muqing in his lap, he started consoling him and soon Wu Muqing became silent.

Now that the commotion was over, everyone was going back to continue with their works.

However, the woman who made Wu Muqing fall on the floor, was slowly trying to flee away without even apologizing.

Seeing her get away from there a woman came from behind her and caught hold of her wrist.

Xu Zhuya who was standing there saw the culprit to be escaping, so she hurriedly walked over her and caught her hand tightly.

She held her wrist in a tight grip. ”Trying to run away, aren't you ??” Looking at her with keen eyes, she grabbed her hand even tighter.

Upon taking a close look, Xu Zhuya realised that it was her high school classmate, Yang Mi.

”I can't believe it's you, Yang Mi. You are still a bi*ch like before.” Xu Zhuya said while recalling her high school times.

In her high school, Yang Mi was considered as the bullying queen. She was so bi*chy, that she hadn't left not even a single child unbullied.

Xu Zhuya was also a victim of Yang Mi's bullyings. But, not now. The times have changed and so was Xu Zhuya.
