The washroom echoed with a flushing sound as Wu Yanchen got out of it after using it.

He walked towards his closet and took a set of clothes and went to the bathroom to take a bath.

Wu Muqing was playing with his grandparents in their room. They were making different kinds of faces and making him laugh. Wu Muqing was enjoying his all.

The door of the room and a casually dressed Wu Yanchen came inside.

Upon seeing her child enter inside the room, Xiao Tan ran towards him and hugged him ”How are you, my child ??”

Wu Yanchen hugged her back and replied ”Good. What about you??”

Xiao Tan let go of her hug and said ”We all are good. Come, come, join us three...” She dragged him towards the place where Wu Mo and Wu Muqing were seated.

He didn't had the mood to play but he couldn't even defy his mother. So he sat with them all.

But, before they all could start playing, someone's cellphone rang.

The three looked at one another asking whether it was their phone.

Wu Yanchen got up from his seat and took out his phone.

When the three realised that it was Wu Yanchen's phone ringing, they again looked at each other nodding reluctantly.

'So it was his cellphone...' Wu Mo thought.

'As always, his phone rings at the wrong time...How did I not guess it??' Xiao Tan thought.

'Daddy's ringtone never changes...' Wu Muqing facepalmed in his mind.

Wu Yanchen looked at the caller ID and headed outside the room saying ”I'll join you all later. It's important.”

”Is there a call which is never important to you?? hmmph!!” Xiao Tan murmured to herself.

”Yea, I agree!!” Wu Mo looked at her wife.

When she heard Wu Mo speak, she looked at him questioningly.

”Granny, you said it out loud!! Haha” Wu Muqing said whsn he saw Xiao Tan's questioning look.

Xiao Tan made an 'o' face and said ”Ok, let's continue playing...” With that, the three continued again.

Wu Yanchen picked up the phone as soon as he got out of the room. ”Hello Dr. Yi, Is there any update??”

Dr. Yi was appointed by him for treating Yan Rong. He had told him that if she gets up or makes any movements, he should be called and get notified. So, this was the reason why Dr. Yi had called him.

Dr. Yi was seated in his room. The nurse had told him that yesterday Yan Rong had woken up and was making a fuss in her room. She was throwing all the things which were infront of her and was crying.
