23 She Hadnst Laughed Like This For A while (1/2)

Xu Zhuya was awake due to continuous knocking on the door. She got up of the bed and while scratching her head she went to open the door.

Yan Rong was knocking on the door since 3 minutes. As the door opened, Yan Rong gave out a loud scream and when Xu Zhuya heard her scream she screamed back too. When they came back to their senses, Xu Zhuya said ”Its you. Gosh, You scared the heck out of me. Why did you scream even ??”

Yan Rong was still confused as to whether this was her friend speaking or someone else. She dragged Xu Zhuya towards the mirror and showed her true self ”Now look in the mirror.”

When Xu Zhuya looked at herself in the mirror she everntually screamed. ”Aaaaaaaaa.” She touched herself through the mirror ”Yan Yan, is this really me ??”

What they both saw in the mirror was Xu Zhuya. Her appearance changed a lot after a small nap. Her hair were completely messy. Her strands of hair were and here and there, up and dowm. And moreover, she had a face mask on her face. She forgot all about it and had gone to sleep. And she even was wearing a white dress so that's why she looked completely like a ghost.

After they got their senses back Yan Rong spoke ”You really look like a ghost haha haha” She kept her hand on her stomach and started laughing. She kept on saying in between her laughs ”Ahh, Xu.... hehe really.. tr...trust me hehe, You were looking like a ghost. haha.”

Xu Zhuya gave a light slap on her shoulder and said ”Shut up Yan Yan. You almost gave me a shock. Everyone wears a mask where was your concentration huh ??” She removed her face mask and touched her cheeks. ”I ain't a ghost. You scared the shit out of me. Little dumb. You know what your expression was good too see.Looks like I'm really good at scaring people. haha” Xu Zhuya also started laughing and patter her shoulder as if indicating that she is praising herself.

Yan Rong frowned at her ”Hmmphh!! My looks were still better than yours okay ?? You screamed in a worsest way than me.” They both laughed as if the night was still young.

After a while Yan Rong said ”Its good to have you back in your same sondition Xu.” Yan Rong gave her a light hug. ”Alright then Xu I'll leave now. Meng Bao is waiting for me. Bye. Sleep well.”

When Yan Rong left the room, Xu Zhuya came back to her normal self. She sat on the bed and remembered how she used to be before her divorce. She used to be like a living soul with all cheerfulness and hapoiness. Now for these past few days she was living like a dull person. But today she felt alive again.

She used to be like this with Li Wei; always cheering and happy. She remembered how they communicated about kids. It happened like this ; once Li Wei came to Xu Zhuya's hospital because his mom told him to give some stuffs to Xu Zhuya. Li Wei took it as an opportunity to meet me and immediately went to her work place to meet her.

He reached the hospital and went to the receptionist place. He asked the direction for Xu Zhuya's room. The nurse directed him to her room and told him to wait for a while.

Li Wei looked at her room. It was plain and simple. On the desk there were few papers piled up. He sat at her swivel chair and waited for a while.

Just as he sat an idea popped in his mind. He kept the stuff which his mom gave on the table and hid somewhere she couldn't see. Li Wei managed to hide himself under the table.

After a while Xu Zhuya entered the room with Yan Rong. Yan Rong sat at the sofa front of the table and as usual Xu Zhuya sat on her swivel chair. She bought her chair nearer to her table. Just as she bought her chair nearer, the legs of the chair collied with something hard. Without looking down, she pushed the chair again. This time the chair didnt move forward but it went little back.
