36 Family Problem (1/2)

Haruno was shopping with her family. She was happy since she could spend time with her little sister even though her mother also joined them.

”What do you want to buy? Yukino-chan?” Haruno asked with a smile.

Yukino sighed and said, ”Maybe some clothes.”

Haruno nodded, ”Sure, let's visit the clothes store, mother.”

She nodded at her daughter, ”Well, I don't mind.”

Three of them visited the clothes store while talking to each other.

”That's right, have you found someone in your university?” Yukinoshita's mother asked Haruno.

Haruno's expression became ugly but she hid it immediately, ”Not yet.”

”I can introduce you to the son of that family,” Yukinoshita's mother said.

”Mom, let me search for a while, mom,” Haruno said.

”You will become the leader of our family and our family is one of the governors in this country and we have big business, you need to have a suitable partner to help you,” Yukinoshita's mother said. She was worried that her daughter didn't find a suitable partner for herself. They were a very small family and it would be hard to maintain it with her daughter alone.

The world was also very dangerous with the appearance of dungeon and monster it was hard to predict whether they could live tomorrow. She wanted her daughter to have someone strong or someone from a big family since that family would have a high-Rank Hunter in their families.

Haruno also understood but she also wanted to search for her own love but she knew it was impossible since she had to carry on her family legacy. She looked at her little sister who was looking at the cat design t-shirt.

”Cute...” Yukino said while holding his cat t-shirt.

Haruno shook her head and felt jealous sometimes. She had to think very hard and put on this charade smile while her little sister had the freedom to do whatever she wanted in her life.

It was unfair but she also didn't want to let her little sister to be forced into marriage.

”Anyway, I will give you one year at that time, you need to find a suitable partner or else I will search for it for your own,” Yukinoshita's mother said.

”Yes, mother....” Haruno was wondering whether she could escape from this shackle known as family.

”This is good,” Yukino smiled while holding a cat design t-shirt.

Haruno shook her head and better to think about something happy. He smiled and walked to her little sister, ”Yukino-chan, are you going to buy that shirt?”

Yukino was startled, ”N - no, the design is just too childish.” She felt quite regretful when she told her that.

”Eeee, really? Then I will buy it then,” Haruno said with a teasing smile.

Yukino had a sad expression on her face but she shook her head and put her usual cold expression, ”Then buy it.” She thought there was another stock of these clothes in this store.

”Really? I have heard that this shirt is the only one here,” Haruno said.

”What?” Yukino became panicked and tried to ask the staff.

”I am sorry but that is the last one,” the store clerk said.

Yukino's face became pale when she heard it.

”Ara, Yukino-chan, do you want it?” Haruno asked.

Yukino looked at her while biting her lips.

Haruno smiled happily when she looked at her expression. She started to forget the thing that she had talked about with her mother earlier.

”I - I wan-,” Before Yukino finished her words.

”Let's go, we have some appointments,” Yukinoshita's mother said.

Haruno frowned when she heard her mother.

Yukino didn't have the courage to fight her mother and could only leave the shirt that she had wanted and placed it back in the clothes store.

Haruno sighed and shook her head. She didn't hate her mother since she also knew how hard it was to manage the Yukinoshita Family. Her father had died early and her mother was the master of this family.
