”Allen..” Lyn said slowly.
”He's right you know. That kid is made of steel, he's going to be fine,” Arthur commented.
Lyn doesn't say anything to that and glares at the man and sighed. She really was worried and yet she managed to slow down her pace. In the end ....the reason he ends up hurt is her isn't it? He's already worked so hard for her sake to search for a cure. That time too when he came back with severe wounds. Recently too, she recalled what happened the other day and sighed.

Once she crossed the room, Lyn spotted him fast asleep on the mattress. She carefully makes her way over and bends down, as she begins to play with his hair. As she does so though a flash - almost like electric hit her body. Seeing the sudden transformation should have shocked her more yet she doesn't lower her hand away. Indeed, that's how it is.
Lyn suspected that the was more to his story then he was letting out. But she supposed she wasn't expecting it to be like this. However even if that's the case, she understands it far too well. That no matter how much his appearance changes, she will always recognise him and always be lead to him. That may be what connects the two of them together.
It may be because were connected like this, that it feels as though the curse has always spread to you. Must he carry on tying himself to herself like this? Even if she were to ask him to stop, for sure he would never do so. However no matter what happens she will always.... protect him.
Lyn wonders how long ago it was, since she started to think this way. But it feels like she has wanted to do this the entire time. A very nostalgic feeling. However the her at the time had not been able to express such feelings, even though they were so very strong. He's burning up a lot, if he keeps this up.
Then he won't be able to maintain his human appearance anymore. If that does end up happening, then for sure you'll once again disappear and leave her. You'll leave and yet you'll be nearby watching over her carefully. But that is no good, that's no good unless we see each other. Lyn took a pill out of the bottle and places it in her mouth, before she hovers over his body.
Such an odd situation. It's usually the other way around. But he is not awakening. Despite us being in such a close proximity. He is a huge fool, this may be the only chance you'll get and yet you'd waste it by being asleep. She brushes their lips together before she enter wines their tongues with each others and ensures the small pink tablet entered his mouth. So very foolish and cruel. Yet his kisses have always been so gentle and very warm.
' I originally acquired these for him anyway. Someday when a day should come when we should part from each other or if he were to leave.. I would have to give these to him. He's strong so.. He doesn't have anyone who will keep him safe. That's why, this is the least I can do for him '
Did he notice? Perhaps he did and that's why he allowed her to go. Ah but if he noticed, then that would mean she once again hurt his feelings.
”Is the Princess here? Let me speak with her ....”.
Lyn was startled suddenly hearing Beth's voice and yet she didn't get a chance to move away, since the girl opened the doors rather quickly. Automatic silence, of course it would be. What's with this situation where it looks like she is straddling him?
Beth eyes widened and Lyn was about to try and explain herself, yet the girl took a deep breath before nodding.
”Princess, actually there is something I have to say. When I found him...there was a trail of swirls.”
Lyn wasn't expecting her to brush of what she saw lightly like that. But she supposed...it was better this way. ”Swirls?”
Beth paused, ”It reminded me of a design you'd find on a fan..”
Fan.
Deep teal and ocean coloured robs appears in her mind.
Ah, of course it is him. Because in the first place they had an agreement didn't we?
Lyn moves away from Rhys reluctantly and stood up, ”I'm sorry Beth, but can you take care of Rhys for me? I'll be busy for awhile?”
