Chapter 313 - 313: I Meant Later Tonight (1/2)
Ethan is moving to Lillie's quarters, much to his relief. If it were his instead, their privacy would've been disturbed due to the glaring fact that Death's room was just across.
That was Grandmaster Wei's plan initially. Luckily, Lillie managed to 'convince' him that it would be a bad idea.
After they watched Death being pummeled into the ground—though, he showed them a great fight. He managed to land a strike on the master six times.
Lillie guided Ethan to her quarters with a first-aid box. Once inside, she asked him to remove his shirt so she could apply salve on his bruises.
The master was merciful enough to not hit his face. It would've been a hassle to remove and put on his fake face again.
”This became a frequent occurrence, hasn't it?” Lillie gently spread cool salve on the red-turning-purple bruise on his arms and chest.
Her smooth, slender fingers aroused delightful shivers in its trail, tickling him to the bone.
Ethan can feel his stomach flutter at every tender touch; his heart throbbing and breath silently hitching.
D*mn, he's so wife-touch deprived that an innocent rub of salve on his skin was triggering his inner beast.
”Well, ever since I discovered that my lovely wife was a meticulous nurse,” The corner of his lips curled into a teasing smirk. ”I can't help but become her frequent patient.”
”Other people would think you're a masochist if they ever heard you.” Lillie shook her head and smacked a bandaid on his scratches, earning a whine from her kinky fiancee.
”Let them think what they want. Why would I resist the idea of my lovely wife touching—”
”I'll seal off your mouth with bandaids if you don't stop.”
”How about you seal it with a kiss instead? That would be most effective.”
”No.”
”Aw, come on, don't be stingy.” Ethan pouted and put on a pitiful face. ”Won't you at least reward me a kiss after the near death experience I went through?”
Lillie closed the first-aid and put it on the nightstand. She turn to face Ethan again and said with all seriousness, ”Just one.”
”Five.”
”One.”
”Five.”
”One for two minutes.”
”Make that five minutes.”
”...fine.”
The kiss didn't end in five minutes, and it wasn't one.
