”Wait.” I stopped him.

”What was with that insincere apology? Why did he even do that? I have no reason to accept your apology.”

He looked back at me, saying: ”He's mentally ill. You can't be so petty as to be mad with an ill man, can you?”

That's his excuse? I was almost raped, and this is what he has to say.

Ah, whatever. I can't really be that petty, can I?

”Yeah, you're right. I accept your apology.”

After hearing this, he thanks me and leaves.

Oliver, you really would be a great boyfriend if you didn't cheat. But, I'll never give you another chance. You never change. I don't know why you're like this, but it really hurts.

Closing my eyes, tears started to come down. I cried for a while, and went down to the river to wash my face up.

I then went home, without letting my parents see me, and went to bed.
