Yu Huiyin and Xie Jingyu enjoyed a delicious lunch. None of them were aware that they had been observed before by a woman who was clearly antagonistic towards them.
If Yu Huiyin had seen her, she would be completely unsure about who this person was, but if Xie Jingyu had noticed her, he would have become much more alert than now. This woman was no love rival of Yu Huiyin's, she was one of Xie Jingyu's enemies, and she was ruthless.
The woman had heard that Xie Jingyu had gotten married, and she wanted to see if this woman was indeed his weakness.
After watching their actions, she was still not sure. Could it be that Xie Jingyu was showering this woman with affection in an attempt of hiding the one whom he truly liked, or was he really so confident in his own strength, that he did not mind displaying his weakness for all to see?
The woman was a previous business partner of Xie Jingyu. She had been dealing in arms with him, but because of some problems that they could not solve, the deals were canceled.
Being unable to get her hands on some weapons, her family was unable to withstand the pressure of the other families and had been swallowed up by another family in the underworld of her country.
Her father had been killed, her brothers crippled. She was the only one who had managed to escape; her entire being was full of revenge. She wanted to take revenge against the family who had caused the whole problem, but knowing that she was nowhere near strong enough, she blamed it all on Xie Jingyu.
If he had sold them weapons, they would not have been in this position. Although she knew that Xie Jingyu was a weapons dealer, she did not know much about him and thought that it was much easier to deal with him than the gangs in her own country.
The woman was deep in thought. If Yu Huiyin was his weakness, then it was fine to work against her and reveal herself, but if Yu Huiyin were not important enough, then she would reveal herself for no reason.
It was a dilemma, and the woman was unsure of what to do. She had not driven anywhere; she was just staying in her car, contemplating her next option.
By the time Yu Huiyin and Xie Jingyu returned, she still observed their actions and their affection towards each other, and her eyes flashed. It looked like Xie Jingyu was indeed in love with the woman, but was he just a good actor?
She grit her teeth, unable to determine what to do. Then she calmed down. Taking a risk was never a bad idea. Sometimes, to get what one wanted, risks were needed, and she decided to act against Yu Huiyin.
