The whole foyer was silent when Xie Jingyu and Yu Huiyin entered. Both of them were stunned by the sight that greeted them, unsure of what to do next.

Xie Jingyu had instantly guessed the thoughts of his grandfather, but he was not happy. He had brought Yu Huiyin back with him for the sake of meeting his grandfather, but now she might think of him as a player.

He glanced nervously at Yu Huiyin, but all he saw in her expression was surprise.

”Dearest,” Xie Jingyu removed his hand from her arm, and wrapped it around her waist instead, dragging her into his embrace.

”These are all women who wish to steal your man from you; you ought to swear an oath of sovereignty now.”

Yu Huiyin glanced at the man, her face was covered in a blush as she was not used to being held around the waist, and to be so close to any man.

”Bonus,” she whispered after considering her options. Even if she did not admit to their marriage, she could not deny it either, and thus she might as well do what she could to bleed him dry.

”I'll double the salary for this month,” Xie Jingyu replied without any hesitation as he whispered closely in Yu Huiyin's ear. He could feel her tremble in his arms, and he was feeling immensely proud of himself.

Yu Huiyin was feeling weak from having Xie Jingyu whisper in her ear; it was clear that her ear was sensitive.

The women present were all shocked when they saw the intimate gestures of Xie Jingyu.

Xie Jingyu was famous for not having any carnal desires, that no woman could approach him, and that he was ruthless. Even so, he was immensely attractive and wealthy, so many wanted to be his partner.

The Old Master, Xie Jingyu's grandfather, was shocked when he saw the intimate gestures between his grandson and a strange woman.

He was ecstatic. Although he was going to be somewhat embarrassed about having invited all these women, but his grandson appeared with another woman; he did not care at all about the rest.

His grandson was finally interested in women! It was a day to celebrate.

The old master stepped forward, he had a great smile on his face, and it was clear that he was ecstatic about the woman who had appeared by Xie Jingyu's side.

He was so ecstatic that he was ready to drive them to the marital office already to ensure that they would be married on the same day.

”You stinky boy, why did you not tell me that you have a female friend already?” the old man asked, feeling indignant. If he had known, would he ever have gone through the trouble of bringing all these annoying women into his home?

”She's not just my female friend,” Xie Jingyu answered with a grin, his words causing all the women in the foyer to stare at him with big eyes, some of them even had unshed tears within them.

”Tell me, who is she then?” Old Master Xie could not help but ask, his eyes glancing at her, and the more he looked, the more pleasing to the eyes this woman seemed.
