Listening to their conversation, Anna and Aaron stood still and tried to figure out what is happening. Thinking back at the conversation they had earlier, they talked about the Ricci family, and they are here because of the Ricci family. Could it be that this unknown person is somewhat related to the Ricci family?

”Leon, what is going here, and who is he?” Anna interrupted, then she stared at the unknown man from top to bottom. He looks young and innocent, but the vibe she gets from him is that he is a dangerous person—a type of person that Anna would want to avoid under any circ.u.mstances.

”This person is-” Leon could not finish his sentence when the person next to him covers his mouth. Leon is annoyed that he did that to him. 'What's wrong with him?!'

”I'm your cousin. Wait. Is the right term? Your mother's cousin is my mother, would that make me your cousin too? Hmm... I should research that. But hey! You don't mind me thinking that you two are my cousins, right? Good!” This so-called cousin of Anna and Aaron kept on talking and talking like there is no end.

Usually, the twins would get annoyed by it and would like to stop this person from talking, but they have been frozen on the spot, and their mind is still in the middle of processing what they had just heard.

'His mother's cousin is my mother?'

'He's from the Ricci family?'

Realizing that there is no reaction from Anna and Aaron, the man stopped talking. He glanced at Leon and asked, ”Are they sick? They looked like they're sick. Leon, should we call a doctor?”

Looking at the face he is making and based on his tone, Leon is shocked to know that this man is genuinely worried about the twins.

”Don't worry. They're not sick. They're only in shock at what you just revealed to them. Let's wait a bit more, and they'll react.”

”What's wrong, Kyle? You look like you're in deep thought.” Erik came to visit the Robertson household to annoy Kyle, but Kyle is not even batting an eye at him no matter how much effort he puts.

”Don't even bother asking him that, Erik. I already did that, but I got no response. He's been like that ever since he got home from his date with Anna.” Lannie said, then she places the snacks and drinks that she brought over on the table. Since Erik is the guest, she puts extra effort into making these snacks. She hopes that he would like it.

”Do you think that they go into a fight and are on the brink of breaking up?” Erik asked.

”If they are, my brother wouldn't be sitting here and doing nothing. You should know by now that he is not about to let go of Anna until his last breath.” From how things are going, Lannie cannot imagine a future where Anna and her brother are no longer together.

'Their feelings for each other are strong. This brother of mine might be thinking about Anna, but it's not about them splitting up.'

Erik revealed a forceful smile when he heard that. ”Your brother is so possessive. One day, Anna will get tired of him if he keeps being like that.”

He knows that Anna is the type of person who does not like being tied down all the time. With Kyle, who is possessive, Erik believes that a specific day will come that Anna will get tired of Kyle.

”Don't speak nonsense, Erik. I may be possessive, but I'm not tying Anna like whatever you are thinking. She is free to do whatever she wants as long as it comes to the point of leaving me.” Kyle suddenly spoke, and it almost made Erik choke.

”Kyle! Can't you at least give me a warning?! I almost died!” He angrily said.

”Too bad that didn't happen,” Kyle said with a hint of deep disappointment.

”What?! How could you say that to me!”
