”Well, he just left with his girlfriend,” Aaron spoke nonchalantly.

”With his girlfriend?!” Lannie exclaimed as she shakes Anna's shoulders. ”I'm so upset that we missed meeting her!” From time to time, she keeps hearing from Nathalia and Zen that their friend, Josh is not introducing his girlfriend to them. And now that this ”girlfriend” has finally shown itself, she missed that chance to meet her.

”Gosh.” Anna started with a bright smile plastered on her face. ”Describe her to us. I wanna know everything.”

”She's a beauty, but I'm pretty sure that that is not the reason why Josh fell for her. She goes to an all-girls school. Also, Josh is a bit overprotective of her. He won't let me and Zen shake hands with his girlfriend. Such a selfish brat.”

Aaron and Zen were both shocked when they saw Josh kissing a girl directly on the lips. And without even asking who the girl is, they both concluded that she is the girlfriend Josh is talking about. Josh introduced the girl to them, and when Aaron wanted to shake hands with her, Josh slapped his hand hard.

It was not the pain that surprised him, it was the reaction that Josh gave to him. It's the same reaction when his father scares off the men who try to get near his mother.

”But why is Zen being so dramatic about it?” Lannie asked in confusion. Now that Zen knows who is the girl Josh is seeing, she thought that Zen would be sending a lot of text messages to Josh and tease the guy for having such a beautiful girlfriend. But it seems like her thinking was wrong.

”He's like that because the cold-hearted Josh got himself a pretty girlfriend, while this very friendly boy...” Aaron spoke as he points at Zen's direction. ”Does not have a girlfriend. You could also say that he is jealous because he does not have one.”

Aaron has the urge to tease Zen more, but looking at how dejected Zen's expression is, Aaron is somewhat feeling bad about it. 'Poor guy.' He inwardly commented.

”I am not jealous! I will never be jealous of Josh!” Zen strongly admits that he is not jealous of the fact that Josh got a lover before him.

In unison, the trio spoke, ”Yes. You are jealous of Josh.”

With clear sadness in his eyes, Zen spoke, ”You guys are the worse of the worse.” Instead of comforting him with good words, they kept telling him that he is jealous and that he lost to Josh.

”Wow. To think that someone can actually stand Josh's cold attitude is quite amazing if you ask me.” On the day that Nathalia is not around, Josh's mysterious girlfriend finally showed herself. Although she did not meet the girl, she still somehow felt bad for Nathalia.

”How can she put up with it? I mean, Josh is a good guy, but his coldness is just a bit too much. Even I can't handle it.” Lannie commented. She also promised herself that when the next time Josh's girlfriend shows up, Lannie will ask about the story of how they met.

”She and Josh are still together now for months, and I'm guessing that she is someone who can handle Josh. So there is nothing to worry about. And you never know, Josh might be a different guy in front of her.”

When they heard that from Anna, they all look at her as if she has gone insane for thinking that. Josh Visser acting like a different person in front of his lover? That is something that everyone who knows Josh won't believe in so easily.

”You're watching way too much drama, Anna. I mean, this is Josh we are talking about. There is no way that's going to happen.” As Josh's childhood friend, Zen strongly believes that Josh is not gonna act differently just because of a woman. And if that is the case, Zen believes that he needs to start from zero, and once again get to know Josh.

”I'm not watching too much drama, Zen.” Anna scoffed in annoyance. ”Just look at how Kyle is treating me, is he treating me the same way he treats other people?”

”Okay. I see your point. However, there is one difference though,” Zen stated, then a smirk appeared in his face. ”Josh is already in a relationship, how about you and Kyle? You are not even in a relationship yet, so don't compare your situation to Josh's.”

With that, Anna pulled Zen's ear. Zen screamed in pain, Lannie and Aaron only watched him. They do not have the energy to defend him.

”Seriously. That guy is stupid. Why would he say something like that.” Lannie sighed in disbelief. Sometimes, she wonders if Zen is okay on the brain because he kept on doing things and sayings that he should not. ”Because of him talking without any thinking, he gets into trouble with my brother. How stupid.”
