Chapter 345 - Revenge 346: Sacrifice Your Own Daughter (1/2)

While the Robertsons and the Colemans are having their wonderful dinner together, one family and an extra one are having the worst night of their lives.

”I will make her pay for this! How dare she do this to me!” It was Rebecca, and in the state that she is in, she does not look good. Even Juan can't tolerate looking at her. He even has this urge to leave Rebecca and never shows up to her ever again.

”I told you before not make any move on her, and you didn't listen! Look at what it got you!” Rebecca's father shouted in anger.

As a result of what his useless daughter has done, it is clear as water that Mary will be suspicious of him from now on. With that, he can't even guarantee that he can stay working inside the Colemans now.

If he gets fired by tomorrow, he would not know where should he get his money now. The man who supported him back then, Rolfe, has gone missing. He could turn and ask James Coleman to help him secure his job, but the chances of James agreeing to help him is a blur.

James Coleman never saw him as someone very valuable. In James' eyes, he is just no one who is useless to use.

He could also threaten James for plotting against Mary, but that tactic will never work because James knows how to work his way out of danger.

Frustrated that he can't think of something to help him escape the danger, Kael slapped Rebecca with full force.

”Y-you, you slapped me?!” Rebecca asked. Clearly, she is furious about what her good-for-nothing father has done to her.

”You deserve that slap! If you weren't so stupid, none of these would have happened to you and me!”

”Me being stupid? I was not being stupid! I just did what I have to do to get rid of that one person who's trying to take everything away from me!” Rebecca is furious that once again, she is receiving a huge slap in the face because of Anna. The humiliation and the downfall of her career is the biggest and painful slap she has ever experience.

The only thing that Anna didn't succeed in getting is taking Juan away from her. That's the only victory that Rebecca has faced against Anna. But for some reason, it does not feel like a win at all. Ever since the engagement between Anna and Juan has been broken off, Juan is so distant from her.

Juan is not looking at her direction anymore which is really making her nervous.

'I have him, and yet, I don't feel like I won at all.' Rebecca inwardly said to herself.

”Even Juan knows that what you did the most stupid thing you have ever done!” Juan almost scoffed out loud when Kael mentioned his name. He was only sitting on a chair watching the father and daughter bicker at each other.

He was so relaxed and all, but when his name was mentioned, his mood changed drastically. He truly regrets sticking close to Rebecca. He thought that Rebecca could help him get what he wants, but it's not the case at all.

'I just wasted my precious time with her.'
