”Disgusting?” Anna scoffed. ”Heh. Do you wanna know what's even more disgusting?”
”What?” Elizabeth replied.
”You.” It's only one word that came out of Anna's mouth, but it made a great impact on Elizabeth. Even though Elizabeth already accepted the fact that Anna and the others will never be on her side, there is still a limit within her.
She could not stand the fact that Nathalia was able to have such friends. All of them are so loyal to Nathalia that it really annoys Elizabeth. One would say that Elizabeth is jealous of the fact that Nathalia has these kinds of people around her. However, Elizabeth will never accept that is the case for her because, in her mind, she is only making Nathalia pay for stealing what is rightfully hers.
”For someone who is at fault for making Rebecca's life miserable, you sure are so shameless to call me disgusting.” If they are gonna talk about what she has done so far towards Nathalia, Elizabeth will say that she only did little things. However, compared to the things she has done and what Anna has done to Rebecca, Elizabeth will say that Anna is the disgusting one, not her.
”Please. What I did to Rebecca today means that she deserves it. You have no idea what Rebecca has done to me, so don't talk to me as if you didn't do anything bad in your life.” Anna will gladly admit that what she has done to Rebecca is wrong, however, her mind is engulfed with that thought of having justice for what Rebecca did to her past life.
She knows that she should not lower herself at Rebecca's level of evilness, but she just could not help it. And she is not regretting any actions that she did towards Rebecca.
”I still remember the story that Nathalia told me. The story of what you did to her.” Anna added. Every time that she sees Elizabeth, Anna always remembers the story of the horrible things that Elizabeth has done to Nathalia.
”The story behind her scar?” Elizabeth revealed a smile, a smile that really irritates Aaron and Anna. ”She has the money to get rid of that scar, and yet, she chose to let it remind her of her naiveness? What an idiot.”
Elizabeth's response only made it clear that Nathalia's side of the story is actually the real truth. And Elizabeth is not even trying to say that Nathalia is making up the truth of what really happened.
”Dare to say that Anna is shameless?” Leon spoke. ”Look into a mirror and try to see who's more selfish. Is it you or Anna?” The first time Leon laid his eyes on Elizabeth, he already does not like her. Elizabeth tries so hard to make herself look so innocent and fragile, and even the students in the class are all blind to fall to her act.
”Elizabeth, you may know how to play your stupid game, however, do you really think that you're the one who's going to have the last laugh in the end?” Aaron scoffed. ”Heh. Dream on.” He may not know what is exactly Elizabeth's plan is, but he knows that the only person who is allowed to get the last laugh is Nathalia and no one else.
Starting to get annoyed by Anna and the others, Elizabeth decided to walk away from them before she acts like how Rebecca acted earlier. She doesn't want to embarrass herself in front of everyone in the school. After all, she still has an image to uphold.
