”Father! Our family heirloom is missing?!” It's clear on James's look that he is still in shock that the object he has been eyeing for had been stolen by someone.

His focus is all about the family heirloom that he did not notice that the brother he has been jealous of since young is still actually alive and is sitting across his father.

James didn't wait for his father to reply and just walked his way in front of him. James put his grip on both of his father's should and ask him the same question again. ”Father, is the family heirloom really missing from the old mansion?”

Just like Arion earlier, James is waiting for his father to say that he is joking, however, the look on his father's face is enough to know that he is not joking about the family heirloom.

Feeling a little bit unhappy that his older brother didn't notice his presence, Arion decided to speak and let James know that he is here in the room. ”Big brother, you are being too rude on our father. You should not be holding him like that.” He said in a serious manner.

James heard Arion's voice, and he felt shivers down to his very spine. He knows Arion's voice too well. That is the same voice that he resented to the core. Shock and scared, James is having second thoughts on turning around to see the owner of the voice he just heard.

Seeing that his brother is refusing to face him, Arion spoke again, ”Big brother, is that how you treat your little brother now? That is not very nice of you, big brother.”

Slowly turning around, James' eyes turned completely round. He cannot believe what he is seeing right now. The person he thought that is not around anymore is back. This person is the same person that he hates the most, the same person who stole what is right to him.

”A-Arion, I, I can't. T-this is too much.” Jame is speechless, utterly speechless.

In Marcus' point of view, he thinks that his son, James, is speechless because his brother is back and he is happy about it. However, in Arion's point of view, he thinks the opposite of what his father is thinking. His brother is not happy to see him. He can see it in James' eyes.

For a long since their father announced that Arion the heir of their family. Arion can sense the hatred his older brother is giving to him. For a long time, Arion decided to turn into a blind eye about it, however, for some reason, he can't get rid of the feeling that his older brother is the one who stole the jewel and is acting right now.

'Brother, if you're planning to take away what belongs to my son, then don't blame me if I burry you down to the very bottom of the earth.' Arion inwardly said.

”Master James, you should take a seat. You're too shocked to be standing like that.” Tess said in a concerning tone. Since she has been with Arion and James for a long time now, Tess can sense that James is not entirely happy to see Arion.
