Chapter 324 - Revenge 325: Its Not Just Your Kids (1/2)

Aaron sighed in frustration, ”Anna, please don't say that you are sorry. Like what Mom said to you, there is nothing for you to say sorry for.” He hates it when his sister is saying that she is sorry when there is nothing for her to say sorry for. She is not the one who's in the blame, it's him, their father, and mother. ”It's me who has to say sorry to you.”

Aaron admits that he is being stubborn and childish. Between him and his sister, his sister is much more mature than him. She looks at both sides of the story before making a choice. She knows the sacrifices their father had made and what he and their mother feel about it.

Anna is not picking sides, she is only doing what her heart tells her to do. Their father needed a chance to prove himself, and she gave that chance to him. It's clear that she is still angry about the choice they had made, but she put emotion aside and has about the matter rationally.

”But, I forced our father to come here, and that made you feel upset. I already expected that you will get angry, but it was never my intention to make you feel upset about it.” No matter what her brother says, Anna, is still thinking that she made her brother feel upset.

Ever since she is living her second chance, she's been relying on her brother's strength. And she might not be able to stand up confidently is she and her brother were to distance themselves again like what happened in her past life.

”Anna, you didn't force him, he willingly came here by himself. You only suggested for him to come back home. And truthfully said, it's a good thing that you did or else, I would still be acting like a stubborn child.”

Aaron gently caresses his sister's hair. He is showing her that no matter what she does, whether it may hurt him or not, he will never get angry at her. He will still continue loving his only sister through and through.

Throughout his whole lifetime, Anna is his sister and no one can ever replace her. There is no doubt that he might get angry with her from time to time, but it's not to the point he will avoid her and distance himself from her.

Anna wanted to say something back, but Aaron gave her a look that she should shut her mouth. ”Anna, if you are just gonna say something that will make me think that you are still sorry, then you should just shut it because I am not gonna listen.” The drama is now over, there is no need for them to continue the talk about sad topics.

With that, Anna did say a word about it, then she spends the night in her brother's room. For tonight, she would rather sleep in her brother's arm. With him right next to her is when she feels the safest.

”Can I go home, now? I'm pretty sure that my wife is looking for me.” Leonardo said. He has been itching to go home, but Mary is still keeping him around. Leonardo expected Mary to order him to do something, but it seems that Mary is only keeping him around just to watch him staring at her, which is really creeping him out.

”Did your wife called you?” Mary asked.
