Chapter 286 - Revenge 287: Keep it as a Secret (1/2)

Seeing that expression Claire is making, Arion can't help but sigh. He knows that besides Mary, there is another person who she treats like her own. ”Aunty Claire, you don't have to worry, I won't kill Johan. I will only put him on the ground, and if you want, I will bring him to you for answers.”

If it's for Claire, Arion can promise that he won't kill the man who betrayed them, but he can't promise that he won't hurt that man. Johan deserves some good beating.

”Arion, you don't have to be so considerate of me. Kill him, he deserves it. Nobody is allowed to betray us and get away from it.” Claire said, then she walks away. She does not want to continue the conversation that is related to Johan.

The reason for her to say that is because she does not want to show mercy to the person who betrayed her. No matter how close Johan is in her heart, she won't show any mercy to him. She may say it like she is serious about not caring for Johan, but deep in her heart, she can't bear to see Johan die by her own hands or see him die. She would rather have somebody else to do the job.

”You heard the lady, Arion. Don't hesitate on killing that backstabber.” Leonardo seconded Claire's claim. As much as he does not want to hurt Claire's feelings, he doesn't want some traitor lurking around in the shadows.

Leonardo already concluded that Johan is planning on attacking everyone, including the children. So Johan should stay dead for the sake of everyone else.

Arion did not reply to Leonardo, instead, he turns around and faces Leon who is currently busy with his phone. 'Seriously, why is this kid here?'

”Leon,” He called out his name. Leon looks at him with a questioning expression on his face. ”I want you to go visit that punk and tell him not to tell anything to Anna.”

When Arion mentioned the word ”punk”, Leon knew right away who is his boss is talking about. Leon only nodded his head and went out to follow his boss's instruction.

After Leon left, Leonardo questioned Arion with a smirk, ”Punk? Is that what you are calling your future son-in-law?” Leonardo can understand why Arion is treating Kyle like that, and he would also do the same thing if someone went after his only daughter.

”Son-in-law? That's ridiculous. There is no guaranteeing that he is going to be part of my family.”

”Heh.” Leonardo scoffed at Arion's remark. ”Are you sure about that? From what I hear, your daughter and Kyle have been spending too much time together. In my point of view, it looks like your daughter is smitten by Kyle, and Kyle is also the same towards your daughter.”

Leonardo is not speaking random words, he says things based on what sees. Arion can't deny Leonardo's words, he also sees it that way. But he is reluctant to admit such facts.

”Shut it, Leo.” Arion can't wait for the day when Leonardo's daughter finds a man she likes, and Leonardo would say the same words he did. It would be his turn to tease Leonardo. Just thinking about it making Arion feel his mischievous side rising inside him.

An hour and a half had passed and Leon finally arrived at the Robertson mansion. Leon has no trouble entering the Robertson mansion without anyone detecting him. He searched around the mansion to find his target.
