Chapter 191 - Revenge 190: About To Begin (1/2)

”What is the use of that phone of yours if you are not even answering my call?!” Mary said as she pinches Aaron's left cheek.

”Mom, brother's cheek is getting red, I think you should let go now.” If her mother kept on pinching her brother's face like that, it will surely leave a mark. 'My brother's handsome face.'

”Baby girl, you're back!” Mary happily said still pinching Aaron's cheeks, ”Let me scold your brother another minute or two.” Anna wanted to say something back, but after seeing that scary smile on her mother's face, Anna swallowed back her words.

”Mom! I left my phone on my backpack and obviously I don't have my backpack with me, so how can I answer your call?” Aaron is trying to use force to get his mother's hand off of his cheek, but as expected his mother is stronger than him.

”You're actually talking back at me like that?! You're even using your strength? You brat!”

Aaron felt injustice from her mother's words; if he did not say anything, then how is he going to explain himself to his mother? He knows that the only mistake he did is the wrong use of his tone. As for him using his strength is for him to get away from the pain his mother is giving him.

Mary's closest friends Mike and Zack cannot bear to watch Mary scold her son like that in a public place. ”Why can't she do that in a more private place?” Zack murmured in a low tone of voice that only Mike can hear.

”Mary is always like since way back then; always so bold whether she's in a public or private place.” Since they were young teenagers Mary never cared about the stares of other people; she always does whatever she sets her mind on. ”Since Leonardo is the person who's been with Mary for the longest time, I wonder how did he survive?”

That question can only be answered by Leonardo himself.

While Mary is still scolding Aaron, Kyle, on the other hand, was called out by his sister who suddenly appeared at his side. ”Brother! Why did you leave me behind here?!” Even though she got to know Mary Coleman and the others, she still felt awkward sitting with them. She was lonely and her brother left her without saying anything! 'Traitor brother of mine.'

”I was following Anna earlier,” Kyle said as if that matter is nothing.

When Lannie heard that she doesn't know whether she should feel happy or displease by her brother's action. ”What? You're a stalker now?” She subconsciously said; initially, she did not want to say that out loud, but her tongue slipped.

Kyle looks at her sister, ”It's not like that, little sister. She left in a hurry and was following someone. If I had not done what I did earlier, that damn fly and that other fly might have approached her.” It doesn't matter what his little sister thinks of him; regret is not even an option on his mind now, he did what he had to do.

”My cheek hurt!” Aaron grumbles under his breath as he caresses his cheek.  His mother gave him a good scolding alright; she said that it will only take a minute or two, but it took longer than that. ”I feel injustice.”
