You may feed an enemy or even your ally when their Health reaches 5% low, effectively killing them while granting a permanent bonus to your Base Mana depending on what kind of creature you fed, thus decreasing your Hunger. Perhaps even more so other than Mana bonus as you start to feed certain creatures on your travels. Normal creatures who are 20 levels lower than you can be fed instantly at full health.
