Meanwhile, Ling Huansheng, who was outside the country, follows his father who happens to be not far from his current position. His assistant, Liu Chen, glanced at him many times through the rearview mirror.

”What?”

Ling Huansheng closed the report on his hand and threw it in the passenger seat next to him.

”Are you sure we don't need to report about yesterday, Sir?”

Last night, while they were on their way to securing a contract for the Ling and Keiko Group companies, several people blocked them on the road. Ling Huansheng, Liu Chen, the driver and Keiko company representatives were forced out from the car.

They talked nothing and attacked them. Seeing their interceptors did not have good intentions, Ling Huansheng swung his fist. Luckily, three of them were good at martial arts and they quickly gained an upper hand.

Even though they can defeat them, they still outnumbered. They couldn't fight continuously while protecting representatives who can't do anything. Who knows they were hiding more dangerous weapons from just sticks and pocket knives?

Ling Huansheng told them to get out of there quickly. He was not in his homeland. Avoiding problems was the best choice at that time. As a result, they arrived at the meeting place looking disheveled.

The Keiko representative who was with them and still in shock told everything to his boss, stammering. Keiko Group said their thanks and they signed the contract. Keiko Group also promised to investigate it.

Ling Huansheng also felt something was strange. Even if their grandfather want to know about their deal, why did him call at such a time?

”Boss?” This time Liu Chen turned his body back.

”No need. Let Keiko Group take care of it.” He looked away. ”What about Yueyue?”

Xi Jian told him when he had found Ling Yue, but after that, he did not hear anything anymore. Liu Chen cleared his throat.

”Uhm ... they say Miss Ling is still in the hospital.”

”Feng Ge?”

”Sorry, I can't access anything.”

Ling Huansheng already knew he wouldn't get anything about Ling Yue or Ling Feng without endangering Ling's company. He could not access the military without being arrested. When Xi Jian told him he asked their grandfather and father's help, he knew where his father was going. Because of that, he took the initiative to go there without telling his father. His feeling was not so good.

And the time Xi Jian asked for his help with Ling Yue, Ling Huansheng really wanted to go back, but they were halfway through the sky. It was impossible to ask for international flights to turn around unless he was a president of the country. As soon as it landed, Ling Huansheng intended to fly back home. He helped as much as possible from up there.

The first thing he did was look for Ling Feng. That's when he found out that Ling Feng was missing. Ling Yue was already injured, he hoped Ling Feng was alright.

”Boss?”

Ling Huansheng turned his head. They have arrived at their destination. A building stands tall among the trees. It position looks far from the curb. Ling Huansheng saw towering stairs welcoming them from the front gate. The driver stopped his car directly opposite the gate which guarded by men in military uniform. They need to continue the journey on foot if they got permission to enter.

”Mr. Tanaka, thank you for taking us.” Ling Huansheng bowed his head.
