Thirty minutes later, a car horn was heard from across the street.

”How did you know I was here?” Ling Yue asked as she sat next to him.

Xi Jian did not answer, instead, he pulled Ling Yue and covered her lips with his.

A deep long kisses he performed for Ling Yue always made her think as if the world was coming to the end soon. Xi Jian tightened one hand on her waist, and the other behind her head. He let go her lips when Ling Yue patted his shoulder hard.

A smirk hanging on his lips as he saw Ling Yue was panting out of a breath. He showered her with short kisses all over her face. Ling Yue needed to stop him before he started kissing her neck. She always felt strange as if her body wasn't her when Xi Jian swept her away.

”Urghh. Look how you can aroused me just by kissing you.” He put his face on Ling Yue's neck and hugged her to dampen his member which were getting excited. Since they agreed in silence that their relationship would increase to become a lover, Xi Jian always openly said things like this and that which made her heart almost fall out of shame.

”I want to quickly make you my wife.” He gave a small kiss on the top of her head then let go of his arms while smiling.

”Sorry, I still haven't found the right way to get the marriage approved.” Ling Yue played Xi Jian's hand in hers.

”All right. You don't have to put on such a tortured face.” Xi Jian stroked her cheek. In fact, he could have directly met Ling Feng and the other Ling members but Ling Yue forbade him because her brother was still reluctant to talk to her when she raised the topic of Xi Jian. She was afraid their meeting would end up like at the bar last time.

”Have you eaten?” Xi Jian changed the subject because he didn't like seeing Ling Yue sad. Who would have thought, a King Empire boss was rejected even before the meeting. He still had respect for Ling Feng as his best friend and future brother-in-law. If it wasn't for Ling Yue begging him, maybe Xi Jian would invade Ling's mansion and force them to approve his marriage by all means.

”What about you? Have you eaten?”

”I'm starving.” He joked.

A small smile bloomed on her lips. ”Let's eat then.”

”Are you dating that person?” Ling Huansheng saw a car dropping off his sister and stopped for a long time in front of their mansion without showing himself. He could guess who was behind the wheel.

He deliberately waited for the car to leave before blocking Ling Yue in front of her room. Ling Yue stared at her brother for a moment then pushed open the door to her room.

”And what if it is a yes?”

”He's the worst.”

”From what? You?”

Ling Huansheng clicked his tongue. ”Love really blinds you!”

”Hatred really doesn't make you think too you know!”

”Don't look for me if you have a problem.” After saying that Ling Huansheng left, leaving Ling Yue a bitter smile behind.
