Ling Yue heard a soft knock on the door. She hurried to her feet and pressed her ear to the door.

”Who--?”

”It's me.”

Ling Yue heard Ling Huansheng's voice behind the door.

”Can you open my door?” Ling Yue asked hopefully.

”No. Hierarchy's order.”

Even sometimes Ling Feng was cold and asked to be punched, strangely enough, Ling Huansheng admired and respected him as a big brother. So when Old Fu said no one could open the door, that including him. He could not ignore or disobey Ling Feng's words.

Ling Huansheng took a deep breath. ”You really got yourself in trouble.”

Ling Yue clicked her tongue. ”I'm not! Ling Feng is too much. Why did he hit Xi Jian just because I kissed him?”

”WHAT ???” Ling Huansheng's voice boomed. He glared at the door, hoping his gaze pierced this thick wood and struck Ling Yue's eyes.

Ling Yue cleared her throat, a little embarrassed. ”You said you knew, so I thought ...”

Ling Huansheng placed a hand on his waist. ”Feng Ge only said that you were locked up for security reasons. Who knew you turned out to be that shameless?” He grumbled.

”What's wrong with expressing my own feelings?”

”That's not it. You have to look at the situation you are in. Public places aren't for doing pervert thing!”

”So it doesn't matter if it's a closed place?”

Ling Huansheng massaged his temple. ”That's not what I meant either!”

Ling Yue could hear him swear. ”Why are we yelling at without facing each other? Leave if you can't open this damn door.” Ling Yue kicked slowly in the door of her room and heard Ling Huansheng's steps move away with his loud curse.
