”Why do you make that face?” Chu Wei propped her face on her fist. Observing Ling Yue behind the desk.
”My boss only allows me to be here for an hour.”
”Really? Why?”
”He asked me to get ready to accompany him tonight.” Ling Yue did not take her eyes off the computer, transferring several files to Chu Wei's flash drive.
”Wow, then we have to hurry finish this and go get ready.”
Ling Yue glanced at her friend from behind the computer. ”Why are you so excited?”
”Oh my goddd! You will come to the party with Mr. Xi Jian! You should dancing now, bow down and thank that man!” her face facing up, daydreaming. But a second later she leaned forward across the table. ”Forget this file. Let's go shopping. You can't come to a party like this right?” she stared contemptuously.
”He said I just needed to come. Not tell me to dress up or something.” Ling Yue did not look forward to this party. Chu Wei ignored her and dragged her friend to the nearest mall.
”What kind of party?” Chu Wei picks out dresses on the famous boutique shelves.
”Product launching.”
”Product launching? okayy!” Chu Wei pulled out several famous designs. She pushed Ling Yue into the dressing room. ”Change with this.” Chu Wei stuffed a maroon dress in her hand.
Ling Yue tried and showed it to Chu Wei.
”Oh maaaayy Goooodddd! You have a body like this and wear clothes like that? Are you really from that Ling family?” Chu Wei insulted her indirectly.
Yes, the clothes are sometimes selected by her brothers. She was not very fashion-conscious because she focuses on pursuing a career and building her character.
”How about changing into this?” Chu Wei crammed other model dresses. She was truly in high spirits. Ling Yue's like a living doll for her. she quickly looked for another dress and told Ling Yue to try.
”This is really fun!” Chu Wei grinned for ear to ear. She's an only child and dreams of having a sister. Somehow she felt comfortable with Ling Yue even though they only knew for months. She glared in amazement as Ling Yue appeared behind the curtain.
