Chapter 25 - Stupid Queen (1/2)

They entered the French restaurant on the second floor. Ling Yue sat in front of her two older brother's friends.

He Luo's phone rang again. He looked at the screen and waved it at Ling Yue. ”Your brother is really persistent.”

”Ignore him,” she said without thinking. He Luo was about to put his cellphone back when the small object stopped ringing. A chat flashed on it.

[Where r u? stay there until I come]

He Luo chuckled. He really got rid of all his busy life for the sake of this beloved sister. He Luo put his cellphone in. Their order came and they ate while chatting.

”I wonder how your future husband have to face your three brothers later.”

”Think about it later. Besides, if I really like someone, I will help him deal with them,” Ling Yue smiled proudly.

”If it was me, I might have to think over and over again. Ling Feng is a bit scary, ahahaha ...” He Luo waved his hand, surrender.

Ling Yue looked at him then smiled. Ling Yue's gaze did not escape from Xi Jian who had been watching her from the beginning. His memory was thrown seven years ago. Before that incident, Ling Yue seemed to want to cry.

At first she was fine and then He Luo came with his new girlfriend. Why was that? This was just a guess, but Xi Jian felt Ling Yue liked his friend. He Luo folded his hands on the table and said,

”Yueyue can you get rid of your glasses?”

”Sure.”

”Don't!” Xi Jian realized what he was saying, he coughed a little. ”That's their weapon. If they know what you're doing, you won't get out of here alive.” The three brothers always tried to hide or guard their sister, how could he let Ling Yue be exposed outside here without the escort of one of her siblings.

He Luo thought for a moment. ”That's true. Ling Feng will scratch me if makes Ling Yue attract attention.”

Ling Yue dumbfounded. ”It doesn't have to be like that. I'm not an artist or anything that will attract people's attention.” Ling Yue felt she had said these words a thousand times.
