Chapter 1001: Questionable Judgment (1/2)

Climbing the mountain at a normal pace took some time but Julian is fine with it, he was not worried about being late, the sun is still high up in the air.

The Cyllage gym is actually not at the top at all, he had to make his way towards a cliff that is about 20 meters below the top of the mountain, once he got there, he saw the entrance of the gym, the entrance is quite big, he could also see a massive gym symbol on top of the entrance, so no one would confuse it as anything else other than a gym.

Because at first glance it just looks like a cave in a mountain, without that gym symbol on top, people would never figure out that this is a gym.

As he entered through the cave entrance and found himself inside the gym, this gym is actually very different from any other gyms he has ever seen, instead of a battlefield that could be found in every gym, Julian saw a massive rock structure in the middle of the gym, this structure is filled with small rocks all over it.

It was clear that this is a rock climbing wall which is artificially made, Julian looked up and noticed a man standing at the top, Julian looked at the young man carefully, the young man looked talk, has dark skin, wearing black long sleeve with grey pants but what stood out most about him was his hair, it was weirdly shaped like a mountain, he also had colorful stones stuck to his hair as well.

Just from the looks of it, Julian could tell that this person is quite a character.

The man suddenly jumped and grabbed onto a stone and started climbing down the massive structure, he soon stood in front of Julian looking him in the eye.

Julian removed his mask and nodded at Grant.

Grant ”So it's you, you have come to challenge me for a gym battle”

Julian ”Indeed”

Julian nodded.

Grant ”Then let's go”

Grant said and climbed up the structure with ease, he only took five to six steps swinging from one stone to another, he reached the top.

Julian looked around and found an elevator and walked towards it.

Grant ”Don't you want to climb up?”

He asked.

Julian ”Na, I have done too much climbing for the day”

Grant didn't say anything and just frowned, he didn't expect this at all, most of his challengers would try to climb up the structure to prove themselves that they are strong trainers but Julian didn't, he didn't understand why.

He just watched as Julian enters the elevator and get on top of the structure, once he got to the top he finally saw the battlefield, it looks like the whole battlefield is built on top of this structure.

Julian walks towards his side of the battlefield and waits for Grant to take his place as well.

Grant doesn't like this at all, he feels that Julian is too arrogant, but he doesn't say anything and just takes his place on the battlefield.
