Chapter 400 - Darkrai (2) (1/2)

Infernape and Gengar noticed something very powerful nearby, Gengar realized that it was the same presence he felt when they entered the Garden.

Julian snapped out of his thoughts and looked at the same direction Infernape and Gengar are looking at, he also sensed the presence of Darkrai very close to him.

As he expected he saw a moving shadow near the shades of the trees, he squinted his eyes as he saw a pokemon come out of the shadow.

This pokemon was none other than Darkrai, it came out of the shadow creating a cold dark surrounding around it.

Darkrai ”Go away”

The Darkrai said as it pressured Ash and his friends, seeing that Darkrai can process its thought physically surprised Julian, it knew how to talk, well its literally not talking with its mouth, it is just processing its thoughts into a physical presence to send its message to humans or any other being.

Seeing the Darkrai Ash and his group stepped back as they felt pressure coming from the dark pokemon in front of them.

Alfredo ”I knew it, it was Darkrai, I told you, let me catch it now. Lickilicky use Power Whip”

Alfredo said and commanded Lickilicky to attack Darkrai but Darkrai didn't even get touched, it moved away and sent a Dark Void at Lickilicky but it dodged it and the Dark Void hit Ash and put him directly to sleep, seeing Ash falling asleep on the ground his friends rushed towards him and tried to wake him up but couldn't.

Seeing Darkrai trying to escape through the shadows Alberto interfered and ordered Lickilicky to use Hyper Beam once again, the Hyper Beam blasted the ground causing Darkrai to come out of the shadow again, Darkrai got angry and sent another Dark Void at Lickilicky and sent it to sleep to make an escape again.

Julian just watched this from far as he tried to figure out Darkrai's power but he couldn't get much, Dark Void is a very special move, even if the Darkrai was just born it could still knock out a pokemon which is even at Max level.

So he couldn't get anything from a move that special, that cannot be read, it can only be countered by another special attack.

Julian watched as Ash was taken away as she couldn't be woken up.

Julian 'It's not dangerous and he will be up in a few hours, no need to worry about him'

He thought.

He also noticed that the Darkrai was not hostile at all, it was not even focusing at Ash and his friends, it was looking at the direction of the tower from where the Omni force burst out, Darkrai was not sending a message to Ash and his friends but whatever it is that is above the tower.

Julian 'I should, really go and check out what is happening'
