”Someone reported that there is a group fight going on in this factory…” Qi Canghai suddenly stopped talking halfway and frowned when he noticed the car that stopped at the gates. ”People inside the car, get down now!”

Huang He rolled down the car window.

Qi Canghai was slightly surprised to see him. ”Captain Huang?”

When Huang He took over the Captain of the Criminal Investigation Unit in Jin City, Hongjiang District, Qi Canghai was one of his subordinates.

Such a form of address was a reflex.

But when those men heard that, their face became ashen.

Huang He didn't show much expression. He behaved as if he had met someone familiar. ”Old Qi, are you here for work?”

Qi Canghai scrutinized him. ”Nothing serious. We received a report that a fight is going on in this factory and that someone got hurt. So I'm here to check it out.”

”I see.” Huang He then pointed outside.

”I still have something going on, I'll make a move first then?”

Qi Canghai looked at him quietly for a moment and nodded his head. ”Sure, see you again.”

Huang He waved at him and rolled up the car window. ”Let's go now!” he commanded, ”Drive faster.”

The car left the factory before everyone.

Gou and the tattooed guy shot daggers at Huang He.

Nonetheless, as the police were there, they did not dare to chase after him and didn't dare to move recklessly as well.

With hands at the back of his head, the tattooed man tried to explain with a smile. ”Officer, there's no fight going on here at all. Just look around, it's all quiet and peaceful. All of us have good relations with each other…” With that, he put his arm around Gou's shoulders and grinned at the detectives, showing his teeth. ”See? We're tight.”

Gou also laughed with him.

When the rest of the men saw that, they also laughed along.

”Hehehehehe… Nobody is fighting. It's true, nobody is fighting.”

”… Hurhurhurhur…”

That was a bunch of strange laughter.

”Let me tell you the truth, the report that we received is not a group fight but that there are illegal drugs hidden in this place.”

He cut straight to the chase and showed them the search warrant that they had already prepared beforehand.

”We're just doing our job, please cooperate with us!”

Gou and the tattooed guy exchanged glances, their faces had drained of color.

”But, officers… this is just a cement factory that manufactures cement powder. How can there be illegal drugs hidden here?”

Qi Canghai waved his hand. ”Search!”

”Wait, wait, wait… Officers, how about this? Please wait for a moment, just a moment. Let me make a call to our boss…” Gou tried to stop the detectives and took out his phone.

What happened that day was unusual.

Huang He was really questionable here…

There was no signal.

Those few men looked at each other. The tattooed guy clenched his mobile phone for a while and wanted to fight it out with the police when they heard and saw more police cars appeared. From these police cars, it was not these plainclothes detectives but the fully armed special police.
