Chapter 317 - She Came Back (1/2)

Ariana could hear her heart beating loudly, her body was going numb, if she turned around she could leave unharmed but everyone else would die. Memories of her friends flooded her mind, her heart was breaking, it hurt too much, she looked out and they all started to cough and cry out in pain. Edlyn was covered in blood, Thor was unconscious and covered in red and black veins. Rain and Breeze were suffocating, while her Lumas... her family!

Ariana's eyes turned white, a wind started to surround her. 'You can't... You're not ready.' Vasu said with great difficulty but Ariana just walked forward. Her dark, wavy hair rose above her shoulders as her uniform started to shift into a white, sleek gown. Her blossom birthmarks shifted to her shoulder blades, they started to glow a light pink before they shot out into soft pink, petal like wings.

Ariana walked further into the cavern, soon she started to get infected by the mist. Black and red veins started to spread through out her body. ”You will not defeat me!” She shouted as a brillaint white light emanated from her. The black and red veins started to retreat. The white light around Ariana shifted into a rainbow light and started to intensify. She could no longer control her own emotions and the the rainbow light grew in size.

”You will not take away the ones I love!” She shouted as a massive rainbow pulse shot outwards. The mist started to dissapear. Ursula's stubs disintegrated, her Lumas started to glow as their bodies were purified. Thor's eyes fluttered as his body glowed a shoft yellow colour and shifted back into his tiny version. 'Aunty!' He shouted as he jumped up and rushed over. ”Thor?” Edlyn called out as she slowly got up from the ground.

'Mommy! Aunty save us! Aunty saved us!' Thor shouted happily as he changed his tracks and rushed toward Edlyn. ”Aunty? Ariana!” Edlyn shouted as she turned to Ariana. Rain, Breeze and Viola woke up just as Edlyn called out Ariana's name. They turned and became speechless. ”U-U-Ursula?! Where's Ursual?!” Viola shouted as she looked around. Ariana waved her hand and a small cyan light came to her.

Ariana carried the small light to Viola and handed it to her. ”Take good care of her. She's no longer infected.” Ariana said with a gently smile. She then tilted her head and looked at Viola with concern. She then brought her hand up and tapped Viola's forehead with her index finger. A small black seed started to come out. Viola was dumbstruck as Ariana caught the seed and showed it to her. ”Now neither are you.” Ariana said as she squeezed the seed. A small cry escaped into the air and it sent a chill down Viola's spine.

Ariana stood up and turned, she looked positively livid as she stared out into nothing. ”I will find you and make you pay.” She said then stomped her foot onto the ground. The caverns started to shake. ”What did you do?!” Rain shouted. ”The broadcast came back up. So I forced a shutdown on the La Puta stone.” Ariana said nonchalantly as the light left her eyes.

Ariana started to change back. Her legs buckled and Vasu rushed forward to catch Ariana by slipping his head under her arm. Ariana looked at Vasu and snuggled against his face. ”I'm stronger then I look.” She whispered. 'Reckless.” Vasu snorted. ”Master you better get us out of here!” Breeze shouted. Rain raised his hand and it started to glow a mint green.

The Lumas changed back to their chibi form and raced to Ariana as everyone started to glow a mint green. In the next moment everyone was standing back outside by the towers. Breeze moved quickly and started to create dust cloud around everyone. No one could see anything and Rain moved the girls into the crowd.

The dust settled and Rain stood in the garden. ”I would like to announce,” Rain started but his voice was drowned out as the students talked excitedly about what they saw. ”The priestess! The priestess has returned!”

”Hey do you think she's on some sort of mission?”

”I can't believe she showed up? How powerful is she to break into the arena?!”
