Putting the notebook into his pocket, Wang Ming walked back out to the main room of the shop. The room looked so empty now, Weng Ping had completely wiped the store before he escaped. He had left nothing he could take with him or sell for a fast penny.
Luckily, the freezers and coolers are still here also even some kitchen appliances that Weng Ping couldn't take with him, like the oven ect. Looking at the shop, Wang Ming smiled and took multiple big breaths, it's just perfect Wang Ming felt so happy.
Wang Ming's idea at the start was to turn this meat shop into a shop that not only sells you the meat, but cooks it to your preference almost like a buffet. But now, since he doesn't have Weng Ping here anymore, his plans have changed. He would turn this shop into a steak shop, but it's only going to sell low priced cuts, but cook them to perfection so they taste like something much more expensive.
As for the two adjacent shops, he would sell candy for the last shop he would sell a soup based dish. Since Ming Ming loved his chocolate noodle, that would be the main candy he would sell. He could do the chocolate noodles with different toppings, even coat the noodles with different type of sauces, maybe white chocolate, strawberry chocolate ect.
As for the soup based dish shop, he wasn't too sure yet, but he would do a buffet style restaurant. Where you choose which type of noodles and broth you want, of course the broth is going to be pre-made but most good broths take at least 8 hours of cooking before you get an excellent taste, especially if it uses bone marrow.
