Meanwhile, Qin Shanyuan focus on the other 2, who were not hit by the bullets that Jin has fired. ”Heres nothing. Come at me puppies!” She exclaimed, proving the Lone spiked wolves to attack her.
But the Lone spiked wolves only growled at her because Jin was already aiming at the two lone spiked wolves and the two Lone spiked wolves have felt the intense killing intent that Jin is exerting. Because of fear, the last two lone spiked wolves retreated. And when the other saw that the Lone spiked wolves retreat, they all sighed in relief.
Jin lowers down his FXR-Raven and walked towards to Fang Shirong, tapping his shoulder. ”Keep it up buddy, we need to go back and rest.”
He said after he slings his FXR-Raven. They all went back to the APC where Zia Tengfei was healing the fatigue that Cai Dinxiang and Dai Lanfen feeling. Especially the exhaustion from travel and the fight.
The day ended, and they all taken camp near to one of the abandoned houses in the town. Jin was on the second floor while Fang Shirong was on the 1st floor of the house. Jin puts down his FXR-Raven on the bed where he was about to sleep. He looked at the window and stare at the stars for a moment.
”Battle's needs meaning, and we need to train hard to survive. I feel there is a lot more to what the Ultima Change offers. And I want to know that for my goal, for now I have noticed that my father can be the known rebel cell leader. And my grandparents' whereabouts are still unknown. Soon my goals are to be reached with these people with me. I sure can.” Jin looks back to the bed and lies down, ending the day.
[Next morning]
Jin woke up and headed towards the bathroom where there was running water. ”Luckily, this house still has running water. Or else we need to buy water bottles in the global market, which is damn pricey.”
Jin exclaimed before finishing up and drying his face. The team once again gathers at the APC. Jin was standing in front of them and said, ”We are going almost near the border of the East Region and Northern Region, so we are going to stop in another city. Or should we head towards the checkpoint with no stop point?”
Fang Shirong then suggested, ”Well, we can go straight ahead to the checkpoint and kill as many Type 2 Lone spiked wolves and other monsters as we can run up to. I know we can easily kill them.” Then Cai Dinxiang, second Fang Shirong opinion, Jin nodded, and they all entered the APC. Jin was the one driving while, beside him, was Fang Shirong.
”Hey Sir, did we call the Red Blood Armored knights?” Fang Shirong looked at Jin. And Jin stepped on the breaks, ”Hol- we left them back in Maskara.” Jin then turns around and called Wen Xin. ”Hey, Wen Xin, can you contact the red blood armored knights?”
Jin ordered, and all of them at the back were also got shocked that they have forgotten the other Red Blood Armored Knights. ”Sir, I have contacted the Red Blood Armored knights, and they have answered that they are currently a few miles back at our APC.”
Then Fang Shirong said, ”Sir we should wait for them to catch up onto us.” Jin then looked at Fang Shirong and said, ”Alright we can wait for them here at this town. Wen Xin send our coordinates, tell them to move faster.” Wen Xin then nodded and started typing on the communication box monitor.
After 3 hours of waiting, the APC stopped beside Jin APC. ”Right, we are heading towards the checkpoint. Tell them to refill their gas at the gas station. We are going to wait for them,” Jin ordered, and Wen Xin tapped his comms that were wrapped around his neck.
[Radio: This is Comms the Squad leader ordered to refill your APC gas tank before we move towards the border checkpoint over]
