Mo Zixiao raised his eyebrows and was about to ask again when the door was pushed open. It was JASON.

Seeing that she was usually calm and collected, yet today, she repeatedly showed a frail expression, JASON felt as if his heart was being viciously pinched. He even felt a slight pain.

However, he knew that he must not show any sign of weakness, because there were many things that, once wrongly expressed, could potentially ruin the happiness of others for the rest of their lives.

He raised his eyebrows and turned to look at Xia Xinxin with a smile, ”You called the housekeeper specifically this morning to urge me to come over for dinner. I need to see if you've made enough for me to hang my head.” A delicious three feet breakfast! ”

She reached out her hand to him.

JASON hesitated slightly, but in the end, he still held her hand.

So he and SUSAN were dragged to the dining table by her, one on each side.

”You two sit here and don't move. I'll go get the soup.” She sat them side by side.

SUSAN was embarrassed by her deliberate arrangement and wanted to stand up uneasily. ”Shall I help you?”

Xia Xinxin turned her head and called out to Mo Zixiao who was following them, ”Sit down quickly too, you'll be ready to eat in a moment!”

He hurried into the kitchen and lifted the lid of the big steamer.

The smell of steaming meat assaulted her nostrils, causing her to gulp.

Last night, he went to the restaurant to stir up the atmosphere, but he didn't eat anything at all. However, he didn't feel hungry due to his heavy heart, and now that he was struck by the aroma of the meat pancake soup, he immediately felt hungry and his stomach started to growl unobediently.
