Five Leons popped out from the ground. They look similar to him in every way and it was impossible to distinguish them from the real one.

This was something new. The problem children didn't know [Earth Lord] Leon had such an ability.

From Jin's description of his abilities, they were sure that he must have battle Leon before and even uncovered all his secrets.

He had even gathered them to counter his abilities case in point gathering Selim, Hayato and Lance who all seemed to counter [Earth Lord] Leon's forms of attack.

However, that did not mean that they only came in here with a single plan. Truth be told the first plan was something Jin created on the spot due to Hayato's new evolved ability and it was not the plan he had in mind at the start.

After creating his golems Leon sent them to hunt after the ignorant mortal who dared to attack him. After that, he looked at the ground.

Selim was still lying in the middle of the crater defenceless. He only needed a single strike to finish him off completely. Still, this didn't mean that he was going to kill him right at this second.

He was interested in his tribal tattoos. During his time in Hogwash, he read about this shamanistic tribes but he had not met them directly. Maybe he could use their techniques to create a brand new one.

Leon was a god or at least he was about to be one. He was still in the middle of his ascension process. That didn't mean that he was omniscient. He wanted to learn more about everything. In his heart, he was still a mage that searched for the truth of the world.

Maybe if he can research these tattoos and create a whole new branch of western magic that didn't rely on building altars he might be able to help talentless students like himself. That way they wouldn't commit the same mistakes he did.

*Boom*

A big explosion happened near Leon's head. Taking this chance Selim who was faking dead used his ability to phased through the ground. If he was not wrong he should be directly above the sewage system.

The dust settled and Lance could see Leon's distorted expression. From the looks of it, his attack did not do much but he was still able to annoy the heck out of him. This counted as a win on his book. Now that he pulled aggro Lance picked up his sniper and started running again.

Leon looked at the direction Lance attacked from. He was out of his [Gravitational Sense] so he could not feel his presence there.

Why?

Why did these ignorant mortals have to go against him at every turn? Weren't they aware that Leon was doing all this for the good of humanity?

So what if he sacrificed a couple of mindless sheep here and there. Shouldn't it all be fine since he was doing it for the greater good? Also, they were the students of that despicable Richard. If they had to curse someone they should have cursed Richard.

Unfortunately, this was the upper limit of strength he could use in here according to the agreement he made with the ones above and it frustrated him. Since he was angered Leon decided to handle this himself and started to run towards the direction of the shot.

Seeing him leave from the distance Six and Hayato made their way to the collapsed ruins of the infirmary. This was their role in the plan. From the start Six had no intention of confronting Leon head-on and Hayato was not included in Jin's plans.

After all, from Jin's perspective even if Hayato had a couple of neat weapons that was about it and he would never be truly useful against Leon who bolstered high defence. So their mission was to search the ruins of the infirmary with Hayato's nanites and save Linri and the others.

”Do you think they are dead yet?” asked Six.

”Not really, even normal human can survive between three to seven days and that is normal humans. No one in this school is normal right?” said Hayato.

”Maybe but I still can't understand why some of them even decided to attend here. They are so weak. Aren't they afraid that they will be killed?”

”It's because they grew up sheltered not knowing the true horrors of a life and death battle. That's also the reason their families sent them here. If they die that's it, they weren't worth grooming in the first place”

After arriving at the ruins they were greeted by a horrifying sight. Due to sheer horror, both Six and Hayato pulled out their weapons. They felt like they were little rabbits staring towards a true predator.

The 'monster' turned towards them. His eyes were red and his canine teeth were peeking out of his lips. He had wolf-like ears and fox-like tails. His nails seemed as sharp as knives and they were covered in blood. In his hands, there were remains of what used to be humans.

”Hm? What are you guys doing here?” Linri asked after throwing Fosse and Rondo to the ground.

Seeing the red from his eyes recede and turn back to their usual azure colour both Six and Hayato relaxed. Even for them who survived countless battlefields that killing intent seemed so intense. No rather than pure killing intent it felt different. There was something else mixed up with it that boosted the killing intent's presence. It was hard to describe with words but they assumed during the month he was away Linri must have gone through some life-changing experiences. As for the ears and tails they didn't mind much as they had already seen them during his fight against Rina.

”We came here to... rescue you” said Six.

”Really? Thanks then” said Linri with a smile but both Hayato and Six felt uncomfortable.

”Help!” both Six and Hayato heard a clear girlish voice coming from the direction Linri was coming from.

They turned towards the direction Linri was coming from and saw a brown haired girl with golden eyes stuck in a hole.

”Can't even get out of a little hole?” Linri asked in surprise.

The girl wanted to object but didn't know what to say. Was she going to scream that her boobs were too big and she couldn't pass through the hole? No! She would rather just die.

Hayato looked at her as her face seemed familiar. He had guessed she must have been a classmate and pulled out her file with his [A.I Chip]
