198 Kallipos Fury (1/2)

Linri frowned when he noticed bullets falling down one by one. It seemed like normal bullets weren't going to cut it. He took out the magazine but didn't put in a new one then he pulled the trigger.

*Bang**Bang**Bang**Bang*

The muzzles of his guns kept giving an azure blue flash all of them hitting Leon's barrier. However, these bullets were not able to pierce the shield as well. He was perplexed. Shouldn't water conduct lightning? Then how was it able to stop his bullets?

”Hahahaha, from this moment on you will never be able to touch me! You thought you would be able to hit me with lightning? Tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk. I admit, that science thing is quite interesting. Especially the thing they called Pure Water” said Leon after giving his cliché villain laugh.

”Pure water?” Linri asked curiously. I mean Leon played the evil enemy role quite well. So if he were to ask there was a 99% chance that he would explain what it was.

”It is water without any minerals in it. Unlike normal water, it doesn't conduct electricity. Quite the opposite, in fact, it isolates the electricity” Rina explained. Since she was a lightning mage she was informed on the subject.

Linri did not expect her to explain what it was but nonetheless, he got the answer he wanted. Since they could not let electricity pass through it there was only a single option left. He looked towards Yui and she was looking at him as well. Linri nodded at her. Then the [Inferno Cage] surrounding Leon disappeared.

[Icy Breath]

[Azure Flame Bullet] X 10

Linri's bullets hit Leon's golden water shield. Each bullet freezing the area it hit. Then Yui's [Icy Breath] reached the barrier and freezing the remaining part. Since their attacks could not pass through it the only other option they had was to completely freeze it!

Seeing the barrier frozen solid Linri threw his guns up into the air and two hands made out of azure flames grabbed them. Then he quickly grabbed wox from his breast pocket and threw it towards the back in one quick motion. The little animal was not ready for it and rolled on the ground however it was not hurt.

Rondo dashed towards Leon with a golden sword in hand. Fosse was just behind him. They both attacked the now frozen barrier. Kou and Rina were not sitting still either. They accurately shot their skills towards the part where they attacked to hit Leon.

[Tidal Wave]

The moment they broke the ice, golden water started to gush out of it. Suddenly the whole hallway was washed by this golden water sweeping everyone away.

”Didn't you hear me? You can't put a scratch on this divine body from now on” Leon said smugly looking at them drowning in the water he created.

*RIP*

Leon looked at the azure blue sword that was popping out of his chest. Ice started to spread through his chest and he coughed up blood.

”Really? How stupid are ya? Didn't they teach you how to count?” Linri whispered into Leon's ear.

All the blood was drained from his face. How? How was he suddenly behind him? Then he saw the flying guns in front of him start to shoot again.
