Chapter 212 - Get Up and Follow Me (2/2)
However, we were pretty much aware of how much of a seductress she could be in her lethargic state. And, how honest she could be with words.
And how she could get easily irritated with stupidity.
Just say, if that stupid real master decided to hit on her and tried to make his way with sweet talks and everything, forget about getting harsh words from her, I bet she would just drag him away and beat the crap out of him and make him assumed his position as the Master of Cloud Army, by force.
Since we knew the consequences of letting her go by herself, both Sanji and I made sure to follow her.
We arrived at the cafe near the campus where that Master studied at. It was right in the opposite of the main gate and it was pretty popular among the students. Our target was there, sitting with his friends, chatting and laughing, in a corner of the cafe.
I personally thought that Jane would find a place to sit and observe the situation before she made her move.
Who would expect that she would walk up to him and stand in front of him without saying anything until she got his attention.
Sanji and I exchanged glances but we maintained a safe distance from her.
It didn't take long since her first step into the cafe had attracted many eyes from the other customers. Even the Master of Cloud Army had his eyes on her in a second.
I watched as Jane stood there without saying anything. She looked at the man quietly. My face darkened as I saw that lewd expression on his face. Could I punch him? How dare he look at her with his filthy eyes?!
I wasn't the only one who got irritated with how he gazed at Jane like that. Beside me, Sanji had the same darkened expression on his face.
However, that was not our only concern for now. Since he dared to show his disgusting face towards her, I bet she wouldn't let him off like that. My body went into full alert as I was ready to step forwards in case something bad happened.
Surprisingly, she didn't go berserk like what I thought.
”Get up and follow me.”
From her cold tone alone, I knew that she was irritated, as expected. Her eyes must have been shooting icy gaze at him by now.
And when I looked at that man's eyes, I knew that I was right. I silently snorted. A man with a grain size of braveness, how could he be the Master of the Cloudy Army?
