Chapter 78 - The Uninvited Guest (2) (1/2)

”It's you.”

I coldly stated. There was no reason for me to act warm and friendly to her. The last time she met me was when she asked me to stay away from Senior Rizal.

What did she want now?

The one who was standing in front of me was Senior Rizal's true wife, not Amanda, but the creature who possessed Amanda for years. This thing was the true wife of Senior Rizal.

The black shadow I saw just now was also this thing. Even though it was in Amanda's form, I could see the difference just from one look.

Amanda was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen.

This thing, on the other hand, even though it copied her enviable body, it couldn't copy her elegance and human aura.

In my eyes, it looked dark and empty, with stiff face and bad standing posture. The difference between this thing with Amanda was like Heaven and Hell.

It didn't take much time for Tom and Sanji to catch up with me. Both of them were right in time to hear its creepy laughter with menacing glare being shot at me. Its body was exuding danger, as if it was getting ready to pounce on me, to hurt me.

As soon as they heard its laughter, Sanji jumped in front of me, putting me behind his sturdy back. At the same time, Tom rushed towards the uninvited guest, but he failed as it moved so fast, dodging his advance on it.

”Hahahahahahaha!”

Its laughter grew louder and I was sure we were not the only ones who could hear it; especially with how terrifying its aura was. The shrieks and loud noise from the first floor were the proofs of my guess.

”What do you want?” I frowned in displeasure.

This thing came only to create chaos here?

”I guess you still remember me, huh?” It said, still floating near my balcony.

I recognized this voice. It was indeed the same voice that overlapped with Amanda's voice that day.

”I believe we have nothing to say to each other, do we?”

”You know it?” Sanji turned his face a bit until his side profile was seen from my point of view.

I knew it was not the time to admire his pointed nose, sharp and thick eyebrows, as well as refine jaw, but I couldn't help it!

”Jane?” Sanji's thick eyebrows frowned as he didn't hear my answer.
