”Calm down, did you really believe that story? That's how you said it ... if this really happened, Academy would intervene. ”
”Really...”
Peter shook his head and forced himself to stop thinking about it, even though he was nervous he decided that if she made the slightest move suspiciously, he would report to Academy staff.
Peter kept walking. He threw that subject into the back of his mind and focused on another subject of equal importance ... The system.
Peter clearly remembered the rewards offered in completing the mission.
[Mission accomplished!]
[Host won 10 AP.]
[Host won 20 SC.]
[Host gained ”Red Electricity” ability]
[”Red Electricity”: A skill that gives the host the ability to produce a kind of electric power capable of infiltrating the enemy's body and causing them internal damage. The energy can be controlled by the host giving it full control under the route that energy will take inside the enemy's organism.]
[Note: If the enemy realizes the presence of energy, it can easily dissipate it.]
He have frowned when I read this message. The system might not have quoted that point, but Peter knew this was an ability to commit Murder. It is very easy to deduce by this description.
But what was that?
He lived his entire life without a skill and when he finally gets the skill ... Does it have to be just that of a Killer?
Peter was dissatisfied, but after thinking for a while he finally understood ... Even if it were a skill that would facilitate assassinations, it was still his ability, and anyway he still had control and could determine whether or not he would kill someone.
The only thing he should really worry about was not to use that skill recklessly.
...
It was late afternoon, the sun was getting ready to go and the students were walking towards their dormitories.
Peter did the same. Even with anxiety to test his natural ability, he should still be prudent and follow the rules of the Academy. If the guards caught him hanging around late at night he could really get in trouble.
Not long ago, some bracelets had been distributed to all students, they served as a device to manage their school schedules, served as a map that encompassed all school grounds and even as a communication device. With him Peter could easily summon a vigilante or talk to a classmate.
Peter raised his wrist and squeezed the display of the bracelet and suddenly appeared as a holographic projection. Navigating through it Peter quickly found the sleeping area and following the instructions on the bracelet he headed toward the dorms.
Marcus was not with him, the two of them had arrived at the Academy a long time ago so he decided to go buy something to eat. Peter did not have much of a food question at the time, yet he ordered a small sandwich and soda.
When he got to his dorm, Peter took off his shoes and threw himself on the bed, he needed to rest well ... For his days at the Academy would really start the next day.
