Chapter 118 - Yuerui got kicked out of her house (1/2)

The landlord nodded in embarrassment.

”Okay. So I have a month to leave this place?” Yuerui asked since it was written in her contract that if the tenant had to leave, she had to get notified a month before.

”It's just that their landlord has already kicked them out for not paying their rent for two months. So they need a place to stay immediately.” She replied.

”But we have in out contract that one party have to notify at least a month before.” Yuerui said.

”Yeah, I know. That is why I am asking a favor from you. I am willing to give you the compensation according to our contract.”

Yuerui's mind was blowing with anger. Today has already been very exhausting to her. And now this happens.

She blew some air out of her mouth to calm himself down.

”I get it. But you have to give me at least a day. I need to pack my stuff.” She replied with a poker face. She doesn't wanna listen anything from her.

”But...” It was like the landlord was so shamelessly wanted to kick her out this instance.

”What? You want me to leave now?” Yuerui's eyes got as cold as ice which gave the landlord chills.

”It just that they don't have any place to stay.” The landlord was Soo shameless to say that.

”Do you think I have a place to stay?” She replied.

”Why not you invite them to your house today? Since you can compensate me then I am sure you can serve them as well.” Yuerui replied with a sweet smile which was actually not sweet at all.

The landlord nodded awkwardly and left immediately.

”********” Yuerui gave thousands of curse to her after she left. Now she don't even have time to rest let alone watch drama. She tied her hair and prepared to pack her stuff.

”Well, since she is giving me compensation immediately then it wouldn't be a problem.”

Yuerui doesn't have much stuff with her. So it didn't take much time to pack. After her packing, she sat in the floor leaning against the wall. She took some air to calm herself down. After some time she picked up her phone and dialed a familiar number.

She looked at the clock and saw that it was 2 am.

'Is it too late? Neh. He never sleeps before 3. So he will be awake.' she thought.

After two rings the phone was picked up.

'See.. I knew he was awake.' she thought.

”What?” The other person in the phone said as soon as he received the call.

”Hey! Don't you have manners? What do you mean by 'what'?” Yuerui scolded the other person.

”Tell me what you want. You need something that's why you called me this late.

Yuerui smiled after hearing him. This person sure knows her well. But she restraint herself not to laugh. She doesn't want the other person to know.
