The arrogant woman clicked her tongue before settling to the chair again.
The two were just beside the leader, but like every time a meeting would commence, the two would always quarrel, so the leader was already used to it.
”So what are we here for?” Said a bulky man on Jake's side.
”Brief them on what's happening, Jake.”
”Why me? Sigh!” Jake lazily said.
Not wasting any time, Jake proceeds to brief the others on what had happened for the past hours.
”Beheader? Cool!” Said a man with a young voice beside the silent Katrina.
”So? What's our move about this?”
”Simple. Investigate and locate the Beheader first. If it is a zombie, retreat and let the other faction be the cannon fodder. If it's a human, befriend and make him/her an ally. If we can't befriend the Beheader, it's better to kill it than to let the other faction acquire him/her.” Said the leader, while leaning back on the chair.
”So with that said, we need to divide ourselves and search for the Beheader,” Jake said.
”Where are you going, Burnok?” Said the arrogant woman opposite to Jake, to a man who prepared to leave the meeting.
”If this meeting is all about finding the Beheader. I don't need a partner, I will find and kill the Beheader myself.” Said Burnok as he continued to get out the upside-down dump truck.
”Keep boasting. Don't come back with a tail behind your back if it's a Level Three zombie, alright?” The arrogant woman said.
”Sigh! So you're saying that if it's a Level Three° human, Burnok could handle it?” Jake shook his head.
BAM!
A fist was smashed on the table as the arrogant woman's eyes stared dagger at Jake. ”Huh? Did I say something like that? You wanna fight?”
”Hehe. Let him do what he wants.” The leader said leisurely, it's as if the life of some underlings doesn't matter. However, contrary to that, the leader really did care about their lives.
The leader knew that Burnok was a cunning man, the leader had nothing to worry about him.
”What about the Level One° members? What are they supposed to do?” Said one of the members of the square table.
”Them? Let them do what they want. Hehehe!” The leader said with a matter of factly tone.
