145 Fruitless Endeavor (2/2)

It was too difficult to train advanced ranked Deva but it would be easy to give them a slight advantage to go along with their mediocre skills, in his mind he believed this would act as a balancer to fight against his opponents in the future and would also act as a way to build his forces but then again did he want to even build a militant power as he had done before. . . .

It was too much to think about right now, in fact he still wasn't a hundred percent behind the idea of having a faction. It was too troublesome to interact with so many people, it would be easier if he simply maintained himself as a lone individual.

Sighing to himself he made a decision, he would denounce his involvement with this surprise faction. At least he would after they transferred all of the goods from this camp to his Dorm.

With a chuckle Draig went out and acted as if everything was normal and had a few people go and assist Ginji and Aoi in collecting the old Swords dumped in the valley with their Deva's remains.

The rest were commanded to carry the supplies to the Dorm that had become more akin to an estate than a place for boarding students.

Draig looked at the number of people marching and couldn't help but feel that it would be a bit disappointing to give up such a large number of people but he recalled that he did his best work by hi lonesome.

'Besides, I don't need hundreds of minions. I just need a few really strong ones. . . .' thought Draig as he returned with the main entourage of the soon to be dismantled faction.

Though as he thought about it he was certain there would be a few who would wish to see him disfigured due to the fact they had essentially dismantled their own dorms in order to build an HQ out of his Dorm.

This called for a bit of treachery on his part, he chuckled as he thought about it. It would prove useful if his plan came to fruition, he would be able to gain some profits while successfully dismantling his so called Faction.

Souta at the lead saw Draig was in a good mood and smiled to himself before falling in line next to the Feratu.

”Lord, it seems you are in a very good mood. I am happy that we could assist you in such a thing, but I do wonder what it is that has caused this” smiled Souta as he asked.

”Oh my dear Souta” started Draig deciding to speak as one of these freaks he encountered during his time here.

Souta hearing the lamenting tone to Draig's voice started to question the smile if his Lord was feeling depressed.

”It pleases me to see someone of your caliber but unfortunately the sight of the rest of these people are just too pitiful. It has caused me a great sense of shame that my teachings have been squandered on such pitiful people, thus I have been forced to think of a way to err this mistake. We can't let so many incompetent people join the faction like this, what would outsiders think if we just let them go out while representing this dear faction” complained Draig causing Souta to look at Draig in a tearful manner.

'The poor Lord, truly he must feel heart broken to see his efforts going to waste like this. I will admit that I too found the techinques and fighting spirit of these ignoratn Deva to be disgusting but to hear it from the Lord. . . . It must be corrected' thougth Souta as his heart seemingly went out to Draig's imaginary pain.

”Lord how do we fix this” asked Souta hoping to assist in the process.

”Don't worry Souta, I have already come up with a solution” spoke Draig as he hid his smirk.
