94 Resist Him (2/2)

While thinking about the events from that day, Zhang Chenric started touching his lips unconsciously. His eyes which were devoid of hope some time ago, suddenly became full of life and vigor.

”No matter how many times you slap me, I wont give up. I will wait until your heart is ready to listen. I know once you heard my explanation, everything will be alright.”

He was about to enter his room when he noticed something on the ground. Curious, he picked the object up and brought it in.

Wang Yuvin was busy playing Reign of Violence when his plump niece casually entered his room carrying a basket of assorted snacks. Following the little girl was her pet cat, Misha.

”Master uncle! Yuhu! I brought some snacks. Let's have a picnic here in your room!” Europa then pulled Wang Yuvin's blanket down the carpeted floor.

”Sure, just give me 15 more minutes sweetie. I need to finish these quests first before the event resets.” Wang Yuvin said without taking his eyes off the monitor.

”Hmm, okay! But don't complain when I finished eating all the snacks!” Europa then sat on top of the blanket.

”No worries, I'll just get some snacks downstairs.” Wang Yuvin replied his eyes still fixed on the screen.

After few minutes or so, the room became quiet. Wang Yuvin then turned around to look at Europa.

The little girl was already sleeping peacefully whilst holding a wafer in her hand. Wang Yuvin can't help but laugh at his cute niece. He then took his phone out to take a picture of her.

As soon as he was satisfied with the number of photos he had taken, he then glanced at the clock. It was already 11 in the evening but his sister was not yet home.

Worried, he then dialed her number. Unfortunately, his sister was not answering the phone. He tried calling her again. Alas! His call was answered.

”Sis? Where are you? Your daughter had already fallen asleep here in my room.”

”Sis? You are not her husband but her brother?”

Wang Yuvin's eyes almost fell out their sockets the moment he heard a male voice from the other line.
