84 A Tit for Ta (1/2)

Soon after the intense discussion between the four people had reached its conclusion, Chairman Qin chose to stay inside his study room while the other three exited the room quietly.

As the three people were walking along the hallway, a heavy atmosphere of silence settled over them. The siblings who were walking side by side were exchanging glances at each other as if they were having a mental dialogue. All of a sudden, Qin Sho who was in front of them stopped on his tracks. Wang Reiji who was busy glancing at her brother, collided against his back.

'Bump!'

With a surprised look on his face, Qin Sho turned around only to see Wang Reiji rubbing her nose. By instinct, he stretched his hands out and gently cupped Wang Reiji's face.

”Let me see...” Qin Sho sounded very worried as he slowly lifted Wang Reiji's face to take a closer look at her nose.

Startled, Wang Reiji didn't react right away. It had been a while since a man's hands had touched her face.The palms against her face were warm and exuded a strong sense of security.

”Sorry, I didn't know you were closely following behind. Does it hurt?” Qin Sho's eyes were full of sincerity as he moved his face closer to hers.

Though her right hand was slightly covering her nose, she was still able to smell Qin Sho's minty breath.

”I'm okay. This is nothing serious.” Wang Reiji said as she removed her hand from her nose.

As soon as her nose was exposed, Qin Sho carefully examined it. His eyes hinted guilt when he saw that the tip of Wang Reiji's nose was kinda reddish.

Sensing the guilt from Qin Sho's gaze, Wang Reiji immediately dismissed his thought.

”I'm really okay.” Wang Reiji then donned her brightest smile.

Qin Sho's heart skipped a beat. Heavens, that smile was spellbinding!

His excitement over her smile made his face flushed red.

Seeing Qin Sho's reddened face, Wang Reiji thought his reaction was too cute for his age so she decided to tease him a little.
