”As for the actor and actress we already gathered their headshots and of course, CEO Wang will have the final say about who will star in the video.” The marketing head then gestured to his assistant to distribute the envelope with headshot photos of some famous actress and actor. The assistant then swiftly moved to give each person inside the conference room a copy.
As soon as the people inside the room were already holding their own copy, everyone seemed serious in finding the best cast for the video except for one -- the CEO herself.
The eyes that seemed busy checking out the photos were now busy peeking at the CEO, curious to know why she did not even bother to open the envelope to see the contents.
”Shall I give my judgment now?” Wang Reiji said as she sat straight and looked at the people inside the room.
”Yes, of course, you can CEO Wang.” Though feeling nervous, the marketing head was able to give an answer.
As soon as she stood up from her seat, she walked toward the front of the room, causing the atmosphere to become dense as the team were feeling excited and worried all at the same time.
”I like the concept.”
The moment they heard that their CEO liked their idea, everyone sighed with relief.
”However, I only want one want person to be the star of the video commercial. And I already have a specific person in mind.”
Everyone including Rentao and the marketing head stared at each other with curiosity.
”I beg your pardon CEO Wang, but may we know who this person is?” The marketing head asked, his curiosity overpowering his nervousness.
”She's not actress, she's just a starlet yet she seems promising. Her name? Jing Yizhi.”
All of them were confused, this was the first time they heard the name, well except for Rentao who was too astonished to speak.
