Chapter 290: Innocent (2/2)

”No,” Rei-Rei shook her head.

”Tsk, what did Jugo do? Did he want to embarrass himself that much?” Klein muttered after clicking his tongue.

They glanced at the person with a pair of bunny ears. All of them noticed him having a serious face. ”Ban, did you notice what happened?” Rei-Rei asked.

Ban had heightened sensory ability. So everyone was seeking an answer from him. ”I'm not certain, but. I saw Jugo charged straight on his enemy…” said Ban with a frown. He couldn't understand why Jugo's enemy wasn't hurt by his attack.

”So do you mean… the enemy evaded it?” Sonya was the one who asked this time.

Ban shrugged his shoulder as he could not explain. It was very quick that even his advanced sensory failed to perceive it.

Seeing that Yman was still fine, Principal Mar sighed in relief. But he realized that it was also bad for the image of elites to make a blunder of themselves

Most of the VIPs that were currently here were just normal humans only, so they also had no idea what just happened. It was funny though. That half-beast person crashed himself onto the wall. Some of them chuckled and shook their heads.

Everyone chuckled further when they heard Yman ask his opponent.

”Uh, are you okay? How's the barrier? Is it durable? Dang, that surprised me. I never thought that you have little trust in it. We can ask the referee to check it to make you comfortable,” He asked in a worried and innocent tone.

Instructor Goki, who was standing near the stair, gawked in disbelief after hearing his words. Haha. This kid was as shameful as before. It was clear that he was making fun of his enemy's blunder.

Although most of the people who were currently watching had no idea what had just happened, it didn't skip at the eyes of the experts. Especially those with higher-level.

He noticed Yman's figure disappeared in a split second right before his enemy hit him. 'This kid. What kind of trick did he pull this time?' Goki thought. He could not explain how he did it.

The noisy jeering and laughter had slowly died down when they saw the person with wolf ears stood up and shook his head. Likely, a little bit dizzy.

”Dammit!” He mumbled. ”Damn you! How did you do that?” He disregarded Yman's question and directly asked him.

”Eh? What do you mean?” Yman replied with a puzzled face.

In the audience, Rea sighed, she knew that Crimson was just fooling with his enemy. Beside her, although worried at her brother, Yana couldn't help but laugh at her brother's innocent face.

”Haha-haha!”

”Yana, is your brother always like that? A bully?

”Ha?” Yana immediately stopped laughing when she heard Rea's question.

Rea noticed Yana's face turned serious. ”I-is something wrong?” She asked worriedly.

Yana noticed that she made Rea worried. ”Ah no-no, sorry, Miss Rea. Uhm… actually… er…” she wasn't sure if to tell her or not that her brother was the one who was always bullied by others.

But since she felt that her brother trusted Miss Rea, she had the urge to tell her the truth.

”It's fine… you don't have to tell me. I wasn't serious with that question, anyway…” Rea added after noticing the skeptical Yana.

”The truth is my brother was the one who got bullied every time…” Yana decided to tell her.

This surprised Rea.

'That Crimson had become the subject of bullying?!'

She couldn't believe it. Who dares to bully that person?

”Uhm, Yana, you're joking, right?” She asked her.

”Nn,” Yana shook her head gently. ”My brother was born as a normal person. A person without mana.”

Rea was stunned at Yana's words.
