Feeling such sympathy for him, Cherish gently mopped the sweat off his brow. When she looked at Carlos's handsome face, she couldn't help but stretch out her hand to him.

His eyes and brows were so perfectly formed. They were so clean. 'A face of rare clean and handsome five senses, ' she thought.

Cherish understood that the world was complex. People were always wearing masks. When they took these off, they might even be completely different people underneath. Especially in the higher social classes, people were clever, sophisticated, and accomplished. But when she had first met Carlos, she had found that he was different.

She gently stroked his face. Her fingers moved on a gentle exploration from his eyebrows to his lips.

After all, Carlos had told her that he didn't want anyone to know about his condition.
